It was comfortable, very close to the Coloseum, the key-holder was nice and willing to help anytime. As an inconvenient the place was quite small.

Pros:
- Quiet area
- Felt safe there
- Relatively inexpensive
- Great location, 2 minutes to Cavour metro stop
- Cooking area (fridge, hotplate and toaster oven)
- Good attentive service from office. On time and delivered my linens when they weren't already in the room.

Cons:
- No tv/radio; bring an ipod or reading material. Consider buying a tv for 99 euros if you'll be there for a while at the Euronics inside Upim
- Shower too small. Constantly bumping the nozzles, and finding the right water temperature was a challenge (scalding hot or too cold). Water would go out all over the floor. I too would remove the bidet and extend the shower.
- Occasional drainage odors from bathroom, had to keep window in bath open and door closed at all times.
- Futon bed too hard, there is a foam pad be sure to use it, i didn't see it until my 4th night.
- Cleanliness underwhelming.

Note: Be sure to note the location of the light switches in the hallway before it gets dark.

Overall good for a budget, no-frills traveller.

Bonjour, 

Les points positifs : 

- lit très grand et très confortable
- linge propre (serviettes de bain, tapis de bain et draps)
- sanitaires et salle de bain propres
- localisation parfaite

Les points négatifs : 

- propreté très approximative (revêtement plastique très sale sur le meuble de rangement de la vaisselle, vaisselle pas très propre, couverts rangés dans un pot métallique au fond douteux, pas d'alèze pour le canapé-lit)
- rideau de douche trop court et ça c'est vraiment très désagréable
- pomme de douche en hauteur, impossible à décrocher, et en mauvais état (joint qui fuit)
- bac à douche trop petit : il faudrait supprimer le bidet, inutile, et agrandir la cabine de douche qui pourrait être très agréable
- plaques de cuisson très lentes, trop vieilles ?
- éclairage au dessus de la table très mal placé
