We were there 4 nights. The apartment is on first floor, very dark, two windows on a small courtyard. You can't live without light even if it's very shiny outside. Moreover the flat is above a restaurant, so very noisy and disturbing by the smell (although italian food is very renowned). The smell extractor of the restaurant is just next the window room, charming! 
The flat is old fashioned and not well fitted. It's not a place to relax. So noisy, smelly, dark and not very confortable.
The only advantage is the situation, in the historic center, two steps from "Fontana di Trevi".
Otherwise the agents of cities reference are very efficients and nice.

This was a lovely, clean and well equipped apartment
There were only two problems for us
The steep 62 stairs up and down daily were very hard on us, even though we are in good shape for two 65 year olds!
The internet connection that was promised was impossible to use with our laptop because the owner didn't have the CD needed for us to install her program on our laptop to connect !
The owner brought us her laptop to use to get emails through her account, however that was not what we needed- my husband needed to use his laptop to connect to his desktop at the office daily and this was not possible.
If you need serious internet connection, this is NOT the place for you
