This elegant apartment is a great alternative to a standard hotel room.
This fully furnished and recently renovated apartment, available for short and long term rentals, is located on Via Santa Maria dell'Anima, a short walk from Piazza Navona and Campo de’ Fiori, in the heart of the historic center of Rome.It is located on the 5th floor with elevator of an elegant building with doorman service.
It can accomodate up to 3 persons and is perfect for couples.
it's a very bright apartment
It is comprised of a double living room one with sofa and TV, the other with dining area, a confortable bedroom with amazing wiev , a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub bidet and shower.
It features air conditioning, satellite TV, wi-fi internet connection. Its modern, high quality furnishing, together with the high ceilings and excellent location complete this apartment, a great deal for your holiday in Rome.

The apartment was huge. It was nice to have so much space and it was very bright and airy. The location was very central. Within walking distance to all the major sights. And lots of good restaurants around the area and supermarket down the road. It was very comfortable and there was a lift which was a blessing as the apartment was on the fifth floor. Free wifi and Sky movies.
Downsides- the toilet got blocked while we were there but it got fixed within the afternoon. There is a strong sewerage smell from the toilet even with the blockage fixed. We basically had to keep the window open to air the toilet every night. There is also no shower screen so the bathroom gets wet when showering and the water pressure is very low (even kitchen as well).
Otherwise a very pleasant stay and we would recommend it because of it's location, space and convenience.

Nice apartment in a fabulous neighborhood. We have visited Rome many times and for extended stays but still like the Navona area best.
The apartment is really big for 2 people. Nice views of the cupolas of Sant'Agnese in Agone and Saint Peter's. (By the way, if you look up the apartment on Google Street View it looks like there is construction going on in the street but it had actually been finished before we arrived in Nov 2011).
The windows are all new and close very well (not all that common in Rome!).
The cleaning service was a bit spotty but apparently the regular cleaning lady had called in sick. When we had a problem with the wireless internet connection the owner came within an hour and fixed it.
The kitchen is small but rather well equipped. It lacks a dishwasher (but has an excellent washing/dryer-combo) and a very nice but small and unpractical sink. But you should be out and around in the city anyhow and there is certainly no shortage of restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
All in all, we can really recommend the place for a short as well as a longer stay in Rome
