This nice 80sq.mts apartment in Rome center set on the 3rd floor without elevator consists of:

With double sofa bed, table and chairs, shelves, Tv, lamp, window;
With gas stove, oven, sink, fridge, kettle ,coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, cupboards ;
2 BEDROOM
#1-with double bed, night tables, reading lamps, TV, wardrobe, armchair, AC, window ;
#2-on loft, with double bed, night tables, reading lamps.
2 BATHROOM
#1- with shower, bidet, wc, mirror, hair dryer, cupboards, Heated towel bar, chest of drawers;
#2- with shower, wc, bidet.
Independent heating, TV, kettle, hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, AC, ADSL, iron & iron board.
PLEASE NOTE baby cot available upon request (extra fee)
There is a tax of two euros per person up to 10 days of stay except for children under 10 years
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT HOURS:
The check-in takes place in our office and is possible from 15:00 onwards. Latest check out is at 11:00. Arrivals to the office after 21:00 will be subject to a check-in fee of 25 Euro (after midnight the fee will be 35 Euro). It is vital that we are informed of your approximate arrival time in Rome.
VISA & Mastercard are subject to a 1.9% surcharge.
Other cards are not accepted.
Please, bring a photocopy of a picture ID of any person paying by credit card.

Nous avons bcp apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement, proche du métro et de nombreux bus. Il est décoré avec goût, conforme aux photos. Il y a deux sdb, dont une privative pour la chambre. Il est très lumineux et spacieux. A recommander sans hésitation.
