Comfortable and spacious apartment set half way from the Vatican and Castel S. Angelo (10 min walk) and the historical centre, 5 min walk from the subway that will allow you reach the other parts of the city, near shops and restaurants.
170m2 apartment set on the 3rd floor with elevator is composed of :

Apartment Owner's Notes and Description

My flat is located in an early '900 fascinating small building, only a few minutes away from Piazza del Popolo, the Vatican and the central area but nevertheless quiet and relaxing. If If you like old, cozy and warm atmosphere with a typical italian scent, I think you will be very happy there. Being so central and surronded by shops, you will have a wide range of opportunities just there for you: if you decide to have a roman breakfast lazying under the sun there is the Bar Settembrini, where you can eat cornetti with black coffee in the mornig, have a quick lunch, or indulge over a perfect icecream in the afternoon or an exotic long drink right before dinner. You can also have a relaxed and high-class dinner in Settembrini restaurant, just a few steps away, or you can cross the street and savour a typical roman meal at Cacio and Pepe, surrounded by artists, actors and the people of the roman jet-set. But there are tons of small, cozy restaurants and cafes in the area and you are welcomed to discover them on your own and then maybe write your favorite ones in the note pad I placed in my entrance, as a reminder for your future visits or as some advice for the guests that will follow. Don't forget to take a look at the book-store which is right in front of your windows: there, you can not only leaf through the italian or foreign books you're interested in but also have a quiet meal or a cup of coffee. In case you want to have a quiet dinner or lunch at home and want to experience the comfort of a large, sunny kitchen fully equipped, you can go food shopping in the area, which is full of supermarkets bio stores and fascinating little food-stores. If you feel like cooking, you can use the recepies books I left in my kitchen. You can chose among typical roman/italian dishes, macrobiotic, vegetarian, kosher, ethnical. Want to stay home but too tired to cook or to go food shopping? You can call Ercoli, just around the corner. It's one of the best and oldest food store in town and Sandro, the owner, will be more than happy to suggest you delikatessen, deliver them at home and even cook for you - and deliver it - a delicious meal.

Superbe appartement, très bien situé, proche du métro et de plusieurs lignes de bus. Commerces alimentaires et restaurants à proximité.
Tout le confort pour 6 personnes. Nous avons passé un fantastique séjour à Rome.

Apartament bardzo wygodny, przestronny, ciekawie urządzony.
Idealny dla rodzin. Ja spędziłam w nim 4 cudowne dni z moim mężem, 3 moich dzieci i 2 rodziców.
Wygodne i czyste łazienki i sypialnie ze świeżą pościelą i ręcznikami w wystarczającej ilości.
Wygodna kuchnia i jadalnia, jednak zdecydowanie za mało naczyń - brak szklanek, lampek do wina, filiżanek - to duża niedogodność.
Niestety nie było też serwet, ani obrusa na stół. Nie było żadnych ścierek w kuchni, ani ręcznika papierowego. Duża, czysta lodówka, lecz niestety miałam wrażenie, że w kuchni nie jest czysto...
Apartament położony w elegankiej, spokojnej okolicy, świetnie skomunikowanej z resztą miasta.
Moja propozycja: byłoby miło, gdyby mieszkanie było wyposażone w kilka zabawek dla dzieci (np. klocki, kredki).

Anstatt der Skiwoche waren wir dieses Jahr in Rom!
Da mit Kinder unterwegs haben wir mit unseren Freunden um ein Apartement entschieden. Und dieses Apartment war für Austattung und Komfort ein wirkliches Top, enfach sagenhaft!
Die Lage ist perfekt -zentral und trotzdem ruhig- mif Cafes, Restaurants, Marktplatz und Bioladen in unmittelbarer Nähe; sogar einen Spielplatz für die Kinder! Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Petersdom und Piazza del Popolo kann man bei dem schönen Romwetter auch bequem zu Fuß erreichen.
Mehr hätten wir uns einfach nicht erwünschen können.
Es ist wahrhaftig ein "Rome Sweat Home".

We arrived tired and achy, after a never-ending flight, I, my wife and our three children. The flat was warm and absolutely up to our expectations. The pictures were telling the truth and we found the place exactly like we have dreamed of. Comfortable, spacious, wonderful view and very well connected as far as buses and subway goes. Very happy, we'll visit that flat every time my work will take me to Rome.

I hadn't taken a holiday in years and I have always wanted to visit Rome so I decided to give myself a treat and I chose this wonderful flat which was far too spacious for me alone, but know what? I had fallen in love with the pictures and I decided to be grand with myself, for once! I spent a wonderful week. In the area there are theaters and cinemas, Rome was sunny and romantic and the flat was just perfection. Wonderful view, quiet, beautiful furniture and a sort of classy-cozy atmosphere. I sent the pictures to my sister who lives in Canada and we have already booked for Easter with her, hubbie and their two kids. A family reunion, at last! Thank you Parlami d'Amore. I'll see you soon!
