Security deposit: Upon arrival we ask our guests to pay a security deposit of 200 EURO IN CASH. It will be reimbursed in full upon check-out, following an inspection of the apartment.
City Tax: An overnight accommodation fee is set to be applied by the Rome City Council as of 1st of January 2011.
The fee of 2€ per person for a max of 10 nights (children under 10 are exempt) is not included in the rental price of the apartment and it will be asked IN CASH at the beginning of the stay. Getting there with public transportation:
FIUMICINO Rome Airport is linked to Rome by railway service: the Leonardo Express, with departures every 30 minutes.
CIAMPINO Rome Airport is only a few bus stops from Anagnina, the start of metro line A. The trip to Termini Station is 20 minutes long.
From Termini Station: take the bus H (direction DEI CAPASSO) for 5 stops. Get off at stop SONNINO/S. GALLICANO and walk for 650 meters to Vicolo del Cedro.
