Apartment Owner's Notes and Description

Rent a superb apartment. It's situated in the center of Rome, a few minutes walk from Via Veneto and Piazza di Spagna. It's only 50 metre from the tube and fifteen minutes walk from the central train station.
It's a magnificent 90 square metre apartment on the 3th floor of an old building; the ceiling is covered with wooden beams.
There are two bedrooms with air conditioning, a nice living room with a comfortable fireplace for your romantic dinners.
There are two bathrooms with bathtub and shower. There are a washing machine, a dishwasher.
The neighbourhood is very safe. The apartment is walking distance from stores, restaurants and the most important monuments and museums.

PLEASE NOTE :
A damage deposit of 200 euros cash will be requested upon check in and given back upon check out.
Towels and sheets are included ( large-medium-small towel for each one for a week)
Check ins: from 13.30 PM
Check outs : at 11 AM

IMPORTANT
the remaning balance will be paid at check in and in cash only.

Appartement très bien situé, configuration bien adaptée pour 2 couples ou 1 avec enfants
Calme la nuit mais réveil assuré vers 8 heures du mat
Pas de prise de courant avec terre ( gros pins non acceptés) sauf en débranchant le lave linge)
Super accueil du proprio, wifi Ok, mais pas assez de bols pour le petit dej... un détail.
Satisfaction globale très satisfaisante.

Een heel leuk appartement midden in Rome. Een geweldige uitvals basis om Rome te verkennen! Zelfs te voet is het goed te doen.
Vlakbij is een metro station en stoppen de bussen.
De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en heeft snel en acuraat geholpen toen het internet niet werkte. Geen moeite was hun te veel!
Gezellig interieur met twee mooie slaapkamers.
Verder was het noodzakelijke aanwezig, al was het bestek en borden wat aan de krappe kant.
Zelf koken hebben we niet gedaan, zonde van al dat lekkere eetgelegenheden in de stad zelf.
Kleine minpuntjes:
Helaas in de buurt geen echte grote supermarkt.
Een van de badkamers was wel wat klein, maar voldoende.
Je zit midden in de stad, dus er is veel stadsgeluid ('s ochtend komt de glaswagen de legen flessen ophalen....;-)
Maar daarvoor zit je wel midden in de stad, echt centraal gelegen.
Zeker een aanrader!

L'appartement est trés agréable, pas de bruit, les 2 chambres avec SDB sont un véritable atout. Bien placé, toutes les visites ont été faites à pied. Arrêt de bus a 3mn, place d'Espagne 5mn, commerces à proximité.Les propriétaires sont trés sympatiques avec des attentions à l'arrivée et au départ.Nous y retournerons avec plaisir lors d' un prochain séjour à Rome.
