APARTMENT ROME - CAMPO DEI FIORI - Piazza Benedetto Cairoli - # 746cBeautiful apartment , elegantly decorated, set in the heart of Rome, walking distance from Major city sites such as 2 mn from Campo dè fiori , 5 mn from Trastevere, 5 mn from Piazza Navona , near transports that will allow you to reach the other parts of the city, near shops and restaurants.
100m2/ 1076 sq ft. apartment set on the 1st floor without elevator ( 20 steps) is composed of :

LIVING ROOM
With double sofa, cable TV, dvd player table and chairs, AC.
KITCHEN
Fully equipped with electric stove, electric oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, table and chairs, ventilation system, cupboards and utensils;

Beautiful apartment in the very heart of Rome ( walking distance : 2 mn. from Piazza Campo dei Fiori, 5 mn. from Trastevere, 5 mn. from Piazza Navona). The best area: lively and charming, close to shops, bars, restaurants and all major museums and city sites.
The apartment is fully equipped and elegantly decorated. Air conditioning in every room. Cable TV and wifi access.

Wir fanden eine schöne, große Wohnung vor, mit allem was "man" so braucht. Sie befindet sich mitten im Geschehen und ist trotzdem leise, weil sie nach hinten heraus liegt. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir die Zutaten für ein komplettes Mittagessen vor, sowie Milch, Butter, Obst und Toastbrot für das Frühstück. Am Ende unseres 8-tägigen Aufenthalts kamen die Putzleute, damit unsere Nachfolger eine ebenso saubere Wohnung vorfinden, wie es bei uns war.
Einziger Minuspunkt war die Tatsache, dass die Dusche im kleinen Badezimmer zu einer kleinen Überschwemmung führte.
Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, von Rom ganz abgesehen!!!

This was a perfect apartment for our needs. It was spacious and comfortable. It's located in a great part of the city. The owners went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. If it's available will definitely stay here again when we return to Roma (hopefully soon)

A lovely apartment with excellent location. A home away from home. Suitable also for a longer stay.
The apartment is smack in the middle of top 10 sights in Rome with an easy walking distance to most of them. Lovely bakery across the street and around the corner. 150m to the nearest supermarket. Several restaurants nearby. Good shopping.
Service was very friendly and fast. During the first day we had a problem with WiFi but that was solved promptly.
The apartment is spacious, quiet, comfortable and clean. All the windows are towards courtyard so there is not traffic noise. Kitchen is large and well equipped. There are two good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of closet space. Heating worked well and we were comfortable despite cold winter nights.
A lot of nice details to make you feel at home: solid furniture (no IKEA here), balcony with lights and living room with books and DVDs - including Roman Holiday.

Appartement très bien situé, à deux pas du Campo dei fiori, au coeur de la ville animée MAIS coupé des nuisances sonores ! Un petit paradis décoré avec goût et classe italienne à l'instar de sa propriétaire qui invite les visiteurs à découvrir des spécialités culinaires : petits gâteaux, fromage, vin .... Une délicate attention !

perfect location. could have used an extra set of keys. better details on how to use clothes wash machine would be useful. no idea where to put the recyclables.
