APARTMENT ROME - VENETO - Via della Purificazione - # 734Comfortable apartment set 2 min walk from Via veneto, between Piazza di Spagna and Fontana di Trevi, walking distance from transports that will allow you to reach the other parts of the city, near shops and restaurant.
55m2 apartment set on the 3rd floor with elevator is composed of :

With sofa, double sofa bed, coffee table, fire place, armchair, TV, bookshelves, table and chairs, kitchen corner, window;
KITCHEN CORNER
Fully equipped with electric oven, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, cupboards and utensils;
BEDROOM
With double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe, window;
BATHROOM
With bathtub, sink, bidet, wc, washing machine;
Independent heating, AC, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, elevator.

APARTMENT NEAR BARBERINI SQUARElocated between Via Veneto and Via Sistina close to Fontana di Trevi and Piazza di Spagna,
right in the heart of the historic center of Rome.
55sqm bright and quiet apartment on the third floor consists of:

with fireplace, sofa - bed, chair, table and chairs, bookcase, flat tv, air conditioned, with two windows looking out onto Purification street
BEDROOM
with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chair, chest of drawers'.
KITCHEN
in the living room with gas cooker and electric oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher.
BATHROOM
with window, bath, bidet and washing machine.
Lift,heating, air conditioning,internet WIFI speed 10 Mbps,TV,DVD,CD player, washing machine, dishwasher,safe,microwave,iron and ironing board,toaster,espresso machine,hairdryer.

This appartment is ideally located, both near the Metro and near many of the major central Rome sights - both the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain are minutes away on foot.
All the facilities were excellent, with very good wi-fi and a fully equipped kitchen, together with comfortable furniture, an immaculate bathroom and many welcoming touches such as shampoo, soap and a bottle of wine in the fridge !
The host was always available, always concerned but never intrusive. She responded quickly when we had questions (the missing remote control was found buiried deep in the sofa) but trusted us left us to our own devices otherwise.
I have no hesitation recommending this appartment !

My wife and I stayed in Apartment ref.# 734, Veneto/A casa Di Zia Lola for ten days during the 2012 Christmas season. The owner of the apartment was absolutely gracious and extremely helpful. The apartment was warm, spotless, and spacious. The kitchen, fully equipped, made cooking a joy.
The owner has decorated the apartment with a sense of refined taste. The apartment is located a stone's throw away from Via Veneto and the metro. A five minute walk and you are in the Borghese Villa and within ten minutes the Spanish Steps.
I would love to have the opportunity to stay in this apartment again.

This is an apartment where the hostess has thought all possible things. It was clean, charming, kitchen extremely well-equipped, the batrh
room a ral joy to have your moring and night affairs...
Manola as a hostess really helpfull and nice.
Silent - in the center of Rome. You will reach here easily all monuments and the squares and palazzos.
I really enjoyed and decided to come again.

Five stars are not high enough for this fabulous apartment. Comfortable, appealing, and immaculate, it was the perfect spot for us to start and end our busy days. We could walk everywhere, and if we wanted to go a distance (the Vatican, for example), we could just hop on the metro down the street. We could walk the streets at night and see Rome at night, knowing that in minutes we'd be home. The apartment is very nicely decorated; the bed is comfortable, the bathroom has everything you need -- honestly, it's just the BEST!

Un séjour parfait à Rome grâce à l'amabilité de la propriétaire de cet adorable appartement. Confortable, avec tous les appareils et accessoires pour se sentir chez-soi, cet appartement se situe sur une petite rue tranquille et en même temps près des sites touristiques et d'une entrée de métro.

The apartment was perfect. Location was very central, we walked to everything. Manola was very hospitable. The Apartment was clean and everything was provided. It has everything you need.
Even though it is very central, there is no noise from the streets.
We will be back.

The apartment was perfect. Location was amazing, we walked to every landmark. There's also a grocery store down the street. It was clean and everything was provided. The host was very hospitable and answered every text we sent! The best part was that even though its central, its on a side street and you dont hear the city noise! It was wonderful and perfect. I'd definitely stay there again and highly recommend the apartment.
