APARTMENT ROME - COLOSSEO - Via Cavour-#710Comfortable apartment set few minutes walk from major city sites such as The Coliseum and Foro Romano, walking distance from Santa Maria Magiore, near transports such as the subway that will allow you to reach the other parts of the city, near shops and restaurants.
65m2 apartment set on the 4th floor with elevator is composed of :
FIRST FLOOR
LIVING ROOM

KITCHEN
Fully equipped with gas stove, electric oven, fridge and freezer, cupboards and utensils;

Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
The Apartment enjoys a wonderful position for an apartment accomodation, in Monti district, only 500 metres from Colosseum and Fori Imperiali. The apartment will be reserved entirely for you , so you can enjoy the holiday in the utmost privacy and relaxation.Suitable for families, couples, singles and groups of friends. Comfortably sleeps 5 people.The apartment has a living room furnished with a sofa bed, a dining table for 4/6 people and a computer corner. The separate kitchen is fully equipped for every need, while the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The sleeping area is divided on two levels: the upper floor has two bedrooms ,one single and one double with wardrobe, while on the lower floor ,near the living room ,there is another double room, for a total of 5 beds. The entire apartment is air conditioned and quiet.
The appartment is located in the Monti district, 500 meters from the Colosseum and the Fori Imperiali. Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna, Via del Corso and the whole city center is within walking distance in 10 minutes while the underground is located 50 meters from the apartment and it will allow you to quickly reach St. Peter, Termini station and every corner of the city.
Monti is also the heart of Rome, one of the most beautiful district. It's characterized by a wide range of typical Roman restaurants, trendy bars, wine bar with jazz music, many shops and market.

4 of us stayed here for 5 nights in september and we loved it!!! The apartment slept all of us comfortably and could've slept one more. The layout was really cool but beware if you're over 6feet tall than stick to the bottom bedroom because of the second floors loft style. We loved having use of our own kitchen,being able to go to the local markets and cook our own dinner or just the fact we could wake up and make ourselves a tea or coffee was really nice!! The bathroom was massive with everything we needed including a washing machine which came in really handy! The location was awsome, we arrived at Termimi central station from the airport and we were able to walk 5 minutes from the station to the apartment. There's a metro 1 minute away and lots of restaurants in the area not to mention just a 5 minute walk away from the colosseum and walking distance to the rest of Rome. I will definitly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap,cozy stay in the heart of Rome!!! Much better than wasting money on a budget hotel! ;)
