90m2 apartment set on the 3rd floor with elevator is composed of :

Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
Beautiful, sunny apartment in one of the most wonderful streets in Rome.Within seconds on foot to St. Peter's and the subway stop "Ottaviano", in one of the most beautiful and lively neighbouroods of the eternal city, you cannot ask for a better place to stay for your Roman Holiday!
The apartment has been completely renewed at the beginning of this year, so everything is new, neat and tide and, as you can see from the pics, it’s very fine modern, high quality furnished. The place is quiet and safe at night too.
The apartment is on the third floor of a late splendid 19th century roman building with elevator.
It has two double bedrooms (the second bedroom can be arranged to have two single beds) and a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate two more persons. As for the amenities, it is provided with a built-in air conditioning and autonomous heating system, flat 32" TV screen with Satellite international channels, wireless high-speed internet connection as well as double glazing windows.
The apartment has two bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and the other one with a bathtub. The boiler installed in the kitchen supplies unlimited hot water. We also provide clean towels and sheets for every guest, and you can find a hair dryer in the bathroom.
The apartment also has a very big kitchen, fully-equipped with a dishwasher, an espresso machine, a gas stov, a fridge/freezer unit and a washing machine as well as all the other necessary appliances. An iron and an ironing board are also provided.

We provide a written guide to both the apartment and the neighbourhood, with tips and advice for restaurants, bistrots, pubs, grocery stores, supermarkets etc.

We enjoyed greatly our stay in the apartment. Very clean and spacious. Minutes away from the Vatican and shopping. We will sure come back. Thanks for the nice stay in Rome
