APARTMENT ROME- VATICANO - Via Giulio Venticinque- #686Comfortable apartment set near the Vatican, steps away from the subway Cipro that will allow you to reach the other parts of the city such as piazza del Popolo piazza di Spagna etc, near shops and restaurants.
90m2 apartment set on the 4th floor with elevator is composed of :
LIVING ROOM
With sofa bed, sofa, TV, CD & DVD player, bookshelves, cupboard, AC, door-window leading to the terrace;
KITCHEN
Fully equipped with gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, washing machine, table and chairs, cupboards and utensils, window;
2 BEDROOMS
#1- With Queen size bed, bedside table, bookshelves, desk and chair, wardrobe, door window, AC;
#2- With double bed, single bed, bedside table, armachair, wardrobe, window, AC;
BATHROOM
With shower, sink, bidet, wc;
TERRACE
With table and chairs, sofa and armachairs.
Independent heating, AC, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD & CD player, microwave, terrace, elevator, internet.
PLEASE NOTE : check ins from 16.00, check outs at 10.00am.

Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
The apartment is located in an elegant building in the historical district of Prati, just opposite to Cipro underground station and very near to the Saint Peter Cathedral.The Vatican is close by as well as some of the most famous squares in Rome: the Piazza Navona, Campo de’Fiori and Piazza di Spagna.
A long walk along Via Candia or Via Cola di Rienzo, Via Ottaviano, Via del Corso, Via Frattina, Via Nazionale is highly recommended as they are some of the most famous shopping streets in Rome and also at a stone throw!
This 90m2 apartment is located on the fourth floor of an elegant building. It is made of a long corridor with two bedrooms, a living room ,a spacious kitchen and bathroom as well as beautiful covered terrace area (30m2), balcony and storage area.
The two bedrooms can comfortably sleep up to five people; one has a double bed the other a double and a single. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
All rooms are particularly cosy and you will feel like at home but ... on holiday!
In our apartment you will have no limits in using: Wifi internet connection, air conditioning, washing machine telephone for emergency calls, television, DVD player, Hifi unit, iron and hair dryer and all the households you can find in the house.
The carefully designed kitchen is fitted with four cooking rings, a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and everything necessary for the most comfortable and complete holiday stay.
The bathroom has a shower and bidet. There is a washing machine located on the balcony.
THE STRUCTURE IS NOT 'ENABLED TO PAY WITH CREDIT CARDS.
THE BALANCE AND DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID IN CASH ON ARRIVAL.
(deposit of € 300.00 which will be returned at check-out, after checking for any damage to be reimbursed.

€ 2 per person per night max 10 days (are exempt from children under ten years of age)
- Check in: the handover takes place usually after 16:00. Different times to be agreed at the time of booking. Will not be allowed to enter the apartment starting at 22.00: the time limit has been set to meet the rest of the neighbors.
you do not make the check-in on 24, 25 and 31 December and 1 January.
The early arrival at no notice may cause expectations. This problem can not be a reason for complaints or claims for refunds.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Besitzerin der Wohnung begrüßt, die sich auch um einen zuverlässigen Transport vom Flughafen zur Wohnung gekümmert hatte. Die Lage ist einfach super. Direkt nebenan ein riesiger Supermarkt, nur ein paar Schritte bis zur Cipro Metrostation und ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zu den vatikanischen Museen. Die Wohnung ist sauber, schön eingerichtet, hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und einen tollen, riesigen Balkon. Es gibt einen Vorratsraum mit exta Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Spüli, Geschirrspülertabs, Toilettenpapier. Man muss wirklich nichts mitbringen, es ist für alles gesorgt. Es gibt sogar einen PC mit Drucker den man nutzen darf. Unser einzigster kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Betten quietschen.

Hotesse très acueillante, disponible, offrant même sucreries et boissons à notre arrivée. Appartement très propre, vaste, exactement comme sur les photos voire même plus grand, très calme, avec grande terrasse. Situation à 8 minutes à pieds du Vatican, à 50 mètres du métro et à 20 mètres d'un supermarché.

Without a doubt this apartment is superb. The facilities are fantastic and there is so much space inside. In addition there is a big terrace balcony with both dining and relaxing areas. There are all 'mod-cons' including dishwasher, washing machine and constant internet access. The apartment is situated in a lively and vibrant area with a variety of shops, bars and food stores and within walking distance of the Vatican Museum and St Peter's. Literally, next door but one is a large Carrefour supermarket which is both well stocked and reasonably priced. Less than 100 metres from the front door, there is a Metro station which enables travel around Rome to be less stressful especially as trains are very frequent and the Metro system is easily negotiated. The apartment is well priced and represents excellent value for money. The owner is lovely and extremely helpful. On our arrival, she gave us a variety of food and drink which we enjoyed after our long journey!

Todo fue excelente en este alojamiento; el apartamento muy cómodo y muy bien equipado, mejor que lo que esperábamos. La ubicación buenÃsima también, a una cuadra del metro, muy cerca del Vaticano y con un Carefur abajo. Y la persona de contacto excelente, puntual y amable, atenta a nuestras necesidades en todo momento, nos hizo sentir como sus invitados!

Great apartment on a great location! The apartment has everything you need: there's wifi and also a pc and a printer. The bedrooms are big, so is the terace. The kitchen is also well equiped. In general the apartment is spacious and clean. When you leave the front door of the apartmentbuilding, the entrance to Cipro metro station is 50m away. There's a big supermarket next door. The contact person is very helpful. She replied to our emails before and during our stay within minutes. She has lots of useful tips about restaurants and shops in the area.

"Appartement un peu excentré mais tout proche du métro dans un quartier vivant et agréable. La propreté, l'équipement sont parfaits. Tout fonctionne parfaitement...ce qui est loin d'être le cas dans les appartements que l'on peut louer à Rome. Et surtout l'accueil est parfait, personnalisé et chaleureux. "

If you need a place to stay in Rome then stay here. This was a large two bedroom apartment with all the facilities. The owner was a delight to deal with both before and during our stay. Others marked down on location, ok its not by the Spanish steps but it is a one minute walk from the Cipro metro which is one stop from the Vatican that was central enough for us. It also has a huge balcony area which would be fantatsic in the summer. We are definately staying again, thanks for a great break!!

"spent a great week with our 3 children. Apartment was spacious, fully equipped (as described ) and very close to metro, supermarket, post office. The Vatican is about 15 minutes walk from the flat . Extremely pleasant and helpful contact person (before, during and after our stay). We highly recommend this accommodation and will be back ourselves for our next stay ."

Wir können uns den positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen, Vermieter sehr nett, hilfsbereit und verlässlich, Wohnung sehr sauber, Computer und Drucker inkl. w-LAN vorhanden. Für Raucher optimal, da Terasse und Balkon vorhanden. Von der Lage her gibt es bestimmt schönere Stadteile mit mehr Flair, jedoch die Nähe zur Metro, Busstation, Geschäften, Restaurants Cafes und Supermarkt ist bei der Ferienwohnung erstklassig. Und für den ersten Hunger und Durst bei Ankunft wurden vom Vermieter auch Kleinigkeiten bereitgestellt. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder Buchen bzw. Weiterempfehlen

"Hemos estado muy bien durante nuestra estancia en Roma. Se trata de un amplio apartamento muy recomendable . Ubicado junto a una entrada de metro que te deja en 5 minutos en el centro de Roma. Muy cerca del Vaticano . La entrada del Museo Vaticano se encuentra a menos de 10 minutos a pie. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades y se encuentra perfectamente equipado, hasta con ordenador y conexion a internet. La acogida y amabilidad de los propietarios ha sido excelente y siempre se han mostrado con ganas de ayudar. Ya lo hemos recomendado a nuestros amigos. Muy recomendable para familias "

We have just spent 4 magical days in Rome using this apartment as our base. It was so easy to get food from the supermarket just a few minutes from the apartment and cook it up in the apartment kitchen. Two of us are gluten/dairy free and we had no trouble finding food both at the supermarket and the fantastic gluten free shop right across the street. The metro is an easy walk making all the sights accessible in no time. We walked to the Vatican and good restaurants in the area. Assunta is a great host and has answers to all your questions. The apartment is very comfortable and we would definitely recommend it to anyone heading to Rome that wants a comfortable quiet place to stay with plenty of space.
