Comfortable apartment set few steps from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, walking distance to Santa Maria Maggiore and Termini station where you will be able to take the transports that will lead you to the rest of the city, 10 min walk from the Coliseum, near shops and restaurants.
90m2 apartment set on the 4th floor with elevator is composed of :
LIVING ROOM / BEDROOM
Living room convertible in bedroom if needed, with double sofa beds, table and chairs, window, AC;
KITCHEN
Fully equipped with gas stove, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, table and chairs, cupboards and utensils, balcony;
2 BEDROOMS
#1- With king size bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, armchair, TV & dvd player, wardrobe, window, AC;
#2- with twin beds, bedside tables, desk and chair, window, AC;
BATHROOM
With shower, sink, bidet, wc;

Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
Luxury appartment in the heart of the centre of Rome, 3 bedrooms.One with a king size bed , one with pull up sofa that you can use as a living room and eat there. one with two single beds.
One marble bathroom and a kitchen with all appliances with a table for eat there.
There s a nice terrace in the kitchen where guests hang out.
The appartment is located over a bus station and subway station.
There s free wifi that you can use it unlimited.
And its really safe

This apartment can not be recommended. We advise you to look at alternative apartments. We booked this apartment 2 months before our arrival. 3 days before our arrival we were contacted by the owner saying the apartment was unavailable. He then tried to rebook us the same apartment for a shorter period at a higher rate claiming it was an alternative apartment as the first one was no longer available. When we turned up it was obvious it was the same apartment as photographed on the website but was full of his stuff and in a poor overall state of cleanliness. Then the bidet started flowing filthy water onto the bathroom floor and continued to do so for 3 days before this was fixed. He then contacted us on multiple occassions requesting/demanding/asking us to move out prior to our contracted date. If you find yourself in a similar position we found the best thing to do was refuse to deal with him and deal with roman reference directly. The assistance provided by roman reference was the only way we were able to stay in this apartment and enjoy our stay in Rome.
