Hello

We had a wonderful stay in Rome apartment 682. I was unable to get to your review site and I promised Franco that I would leave a review. This was a great apartment and everything in the description was accurate. Franco and Eleanore were wonderfully kind and helpful. The metro was just a few steps away. We had everything that a person would need for a wonderful vacation stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to others, we hope to return. Most sincerely,

הדירה מצוינת, נקיה ונעימה ומצוידת היטב. נמצאת בשכונת מגורים חסרת יחוד אבל ממש מעבר לכביש יש תחנת מטרו. הבעיה היא שהמטרו לא פרושה היטב ברומא, וכדי להגיע לאתרי התיירות צריך להחליף למטרו השני או לאוטובוסים, ואלה ממש בלתי ברורים למי שאינו רומאי. ולכן ההמלצה מסויגת במקצת. דירה מעולה, מיקום מאוד לא מרכזי אם כי ממש על המטרו.

Perfect! Bed was so comfortable, apartment was clean and spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. Landlord was so very kind and helpful, even arranging a driver for us from our cruise debarkation and to the airport. He also provided us with local event information. Secured, safe building. Close to metro, subway, or bus. 15 minute walk to Vatican. Close to banks, grocery, deli, convenience stores, gift shops. Highly recommend. I will never stay in a hotel in Rome as long as this apartment is available.

Well maintained, beautifully decorated, clean and well-equipped with all basic amenities. Well functioning AC. Much larger than seen on photos.
Another best aspect: very close to Metro and Train station, just 100 meters. Termini just 10 minutes by Metro.
Above all, apartment Owner is very nice and caring.

Top recommendation.

new, beautifully decorated, clean, and fully- equipped apartment (including reliable wi-fi internet and washing machine).

very close to valle aurelia metro station, although you will have to cross a busy street. also note that there is air conditioning in the bedroom, but not in the living room where the sofa/pull-out second bed is located.

i highly recommend this apartment!

This apartment was very nice. Just across the street from a metro stop, it had convenient access to all of the city. It was clean, and furnished as advertized. We will stay there again when we visit Rome.

Excellent appartments.
Pluses: Completely equipped, very nice layout, quite close to the city center, very close to subway
Small minus: not the best view from windows. But I wouldn't take this into consideration while choosing the accomodation

Hej spędziliśmy tam miłe chwile, gospodarze są super - pomogą, poradzą i w razie co napewno też uratują :-), mieszkanie czyściuteńkie, wyposażone po sam czubek:  żelazka, okurzacze, miski, sokowirówki, suszarki, patelnie, kieliszki, kieliszeczki - ja w domu nie mam tyle sprzętów, bardzo dobra komunikacja - nie trzeba się stresować zawsze się dojedzie, sklepik też niedaleko (nawet w niedziele warzywniak czynny niedaleko)  - naprzeciw sklepiku jest targ w określone dni w tygodniu, ale nie wiem w jakie - warto wiedzieć kiedy :-) łóżko w living roomie takie że mnie kręgosłup wogóle nie bolał - ale ja wolę moje miękie w domu :-) minusik za brak widoku z okna i brak np. tarasu oraz klimat dzielnicy  - która jest bezpieczna i czysta - ale ma charakter "urbanistyczny" i spacer po okolicy chyba nie ma większego sensu.

appartement refait a neuf.une chambre pour les parents et un lit banquette pour deux dans le salon,machine a laver le linge et machine a laver la vaisselle.Rien a dire sur la propreté de l'appartement et l'aménagement  de la cuisine.Il se situe au premier étage d'un immeuble de 7 etages,derriere le Vatican.Petit bémol,assez bruyant(il donne sur un boulevard) et la vue n'est pas terrible.Par contre,metro(vallé aurélia) et RER a 100 metres.De notre point de vue,c'est une bonne adresse.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic. It's less than 5 minutes walk from the metro station, and approximately 1 hour walk from the main attractions in the city centre. Pictures on the website don't fully show how lovely that place it is. It's a violet themed apartment and  everything there was brand new. It was a great place to relax after long hours of sightseeing, as staying there was a real pleasure.
The owner's family was very hositable and friendly. They even treated us with croissants and cappuchino on our last day! I hope to return there one day, and highly recommend it to everyone travelling to Rome.
