65m2 apartment set on the 5th floor with elevator is composed of :

KITCHEN CORNER
Open on the living room, with bar and stools, fully equipped with gas stove, electric oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, washing machine, ventilation system, cupboards and utensils, window;

#1- WIth 2 single beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers, TV, chair, AC, window, ensuite bathroom;

The apartment includes a fully furnished lounge where you can provide moments of relaxation.The kitchen is equipped with every comfort: a stove with four burners, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, sink, a refrigerator and a table where you can eat great meals.
The 2 bedrooms are all tastefully furnished and equipped and elenganza each with private bathroom equipped with toilet, bidet, washbasin and shower, hairdryer.
The rooms are equipped with LCD TV, internet, air conditioning, heating.
The guests will receive a set of linen including towels and sheets, you can request to have another change of the same.

Our apartment is on the 5 floor of a stately building located in Alexandria Square not far from the city center, 5 minutes from Via Veneto and Villa Borghese and the many beautiful places such as fountains, squares and monuments that make Rome so extraordinary and unique.
with 3 fertamte bus will arrive in Via Veneto and Spanish Steps
Check in and check out in su days or public holidays in Italy, rise of Euros 20. Check in check out before 8a.m and 8p.m., rise euros 20. FINAL CLEANING euros 30

It's really a very good apartment - very cosy & clean. The location of the flat (away from a very noisy & fussy center) was a big plus for us & made our staying there much more pleasant! Besides it took us about 20 minutes walk to get to the Rome's center! The "Termini station" is about 15 minutes walk as well. Right in front of the doorway there is a wonderful market with fresh fruits & vegetables! Right round the corner there is a restaurant "Bread & Fish" that is really worth visiting for its' splendid fish dishes & good wine!! The flat-owner is a very nice & pleasant woman! She was very attentive to us & very helpful! :))

We loved this apartment it was clean and roomy, the two bathrooms were a bonus as we stayed with our teenage kids. The owner welcomed us at the apartment and was helpful with any information we required, This apartment is not in the centre, so a little walking is required, bus and train stops are near by, you just need to buy an all day metro ticket and get on and off at all the attractions very easy and saves a lot of leg work. There is a fresh food market just out side your door. The restaurants nearby are frequented by locals so you know the food will be good. Over all we would definately stay here again!

It was a pleisure to stay in this apartment. It is nice and quiet, it is perfect for 2 families or a family with 2 kids.
Close to apartment it is a market where we could buy fresh fruits and vegetables, excellent cheese and salami.
It is near to the bus station and we could take the bus to Piazza Venezia, to Vatican or Termini station, but it was a pleisure to walk to Borghese Garden, or to Piazza del Popolo.
For us it was a very nice experience to stay in the apartment and to visit this magic city - Rome.
Close to apartment it is a market where we could buy fresh fruits and vegetables, excellent cheese and salami.
It is near to the bus station and we could take the bus to Piazza Venezia, to Vatican or Termini station, but it was a pleisure to walk to Borghese Garden, or to Piazza del Popolo.
For us it was a very nice experience to stay in the apartment and to visit this magic city - Rome.

Un bel appartement très propre, confortable et très soigné dans un quartier calme. Il se trouve à proxitmié des remparts, et d'une seule station de la gare Termini en métro. Il sufit de quelques minutes en bus pour visiter Rome de long en large...
Nous y avons été très bien accueillit et nous y avons très bien dormi!
Nous en garderons donc un très bon souvenir... Avis aux amateurs...
