Beautiful apartment set walking distance from Piazza Navona, few minutes walk from castel San Angelo, from via condotti and piazza di Spagna near transports that will allow you to reach the other parts of the city, near shops and restaurants;
130m2 apartment set on the 4th floor (69 steps) without elevator is composed of :

Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
The apartment is located exactly at the bus stop n. 70 (right at the door) that goes in 5 stops in Largo Argentina, passing through Piazza Navona and continues to get to Via Nazionale and to the station.
The Spanish Steps metro station is 700 meters (see Google maps) to Piazzale Flaminio and is at the beginning of Via Ripetta side of Piazza del Popolo, a similar distance.
In addition, the nearest supermarket is in piazza fontanella borghese (shopping paradisee), almost in front and also provide free delivery at home. In addition in piazza monte d'oro, just around the corner, there is a market with fresh produce including meat and fish, very nice and well stocked.

The location of the apartment is very good and the apartment itself is huge, with large french windows. It could do with a little maintenance on the shower though, and some of the floor tiles are loose.
There are 69 steps up the apartment, something I certainly didn't comprehend when it said it was on the fourth floor, but it wouldn't put me off booking.
Lavinia was welcoming and very efficient.

We very much liked our stay at the apartment. The apartment is spacious and well located. If you want to further improve, you could replace the showerhead next to the master bedroom. Water is leaking from it so there is less pressure. We forgot our phone, which was found by the owner, thanks!
