70m2 apartment set in the 1st floor with elevator is composed of :

KITCHEN
Fully equiped with gas stove, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, cupboards and utensils;
2 BEDROOMS

Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
The apartment # 649 b - Monti 35, is one of the 3 apartments (# 649 Monti Colosseo and # 649 c Monti Roof) we rent in the same little building, were we also live with our families. We stay in Via del Boschetto, 21 very close to Via Nazionale, in the most ancient Roman Quarter (Monti).Bus-stops, taxies, Metro, round the corner, as well as restaurants, shops, supermarket, etc.
8 minutes walk from Colosseo or Spanish Steps.
The apartment was recently restored and modernly furnished, it is provided with a Wi-Fi Internet connection, with elevator, double-glass windows to avoid noise from the street, central air conditioning and heating, TV, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, oven and gas stoves in the kitchen, etc. There are two bedrooms, with 2 single beds (or 1 King-size bed) each, sitting room, dining room, kitchen, comfortable bathroom with shower.

Superbe appartement en plein cœur de Rome,très bien situé et parfaitement équipé. Merci encore à Giuseppe, le propriétaire, pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et ses bons plans. Le "bruit" ne nous a pas empêché de passer un merveilleux séjour, ce sont les grandes villes et en particulier l'Italie, donc normal! Merci encore pour ce super séjour dans la ville éternelle!
