Grazie e a presto!!

Beautiful Apartment. Easy to navigate the city using the apartment as a home base. We LOVED IT FOR OUR HONEYMOON TRIP! Had everything you could need. Only thing was the cork screw we found was broken. So we made a gift of the 3 euro cork screw to the apartment and the handles on the pans were loose but a turn of the screw and was good to go. The street is busy but quiet in the back and found away to hook our Iphone to the tv and use it for for speakers to play music. Our plans are to look back at this apartment in 2 yrs for longer day trips. Enjoy the smell of fresh pastries and capuccinos in the morning and wine and gelatos at night!!!!!!!!

The apartment is in the center, close to the shops and cafes. Everywhere you can walk, though the metro and buses are very close. The apartment is clean and very pleasant. Air conditioning only in one bedroom but in September we did not mind. Well-equipped kitchen! The only drawback is the location of one of the rooms near the street where is the long night life (noise). But on the other side it is verry positive - you live in the centre of the city! I recommend for 100% Thank you!

Goede ligging, erg centraal.

1. Geschirrspültücher wären gut, ebenso wie
2. Handtuchhalter im Bad und
3. Wäscheklammern um Wäsche aufhängen zu können.
Ansonsten alles wunderbar.

Excellent location (we could walk everywhere and the Metro was nearby) & comfortable accommodation (bedroom quiet. washing machine excellent, kitchen adequate, wifi good, shower small but OK, good ventilation) on an interesting street with great amenities (gelato, pizza, coffee shop, green grocer, deli, bakery!, wine store, lots of good restaurants nearby). We'd stay there again.

The apartment had several things in its favor: the location is excellent, right next to a fountain which has a lot of atmosphere, especially in the evenings when people collect around it for a glass of wine or beer. The street itself has little shops selling everything from grocery, wine, cheese, gelatos and breaks/cakes. There are a couple of good eating places close by too, in the streets behind. The via Cavour metro station is close-by (which came in handy when we had to go to the Vatican). Most of the ancient city is within 2 kms of walking - which we prefered doing to taking a bus.
The apartment itself was spotlessly clean. Enough kitchenware and plates. It was good to have a electric kettle and microwave too. A couple of wine glasses would have been good though. :)
The key holder spoke English and arrived on time to welcome us in. We also appreciated the encrypted wifi network which had good bandwidth. Lighting in the rooms were good too.
On one minor downside, on colder days (when you are not allowed to use the heater in Rome), the rooms can get chilly, since they don't get sunlight. But this can be a positive during the warmer days.
Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to a small family who intend to live here for a week or two, cook a few times and want to walk around the ancient city.

Location is excellent, you're a little walk away from the Coliseum.
The apartment is spotless and the owner seems to take great care to the details.

We found the apartment excellent in so many ways for our 9 nights there. It was a perfect location, every site within easy reach and everything you needed on the street or around the corner. We particularly enjoyed the October festival which was held on the weekend we were there. Noisy, but everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.
Unfortunately, our first impressions were not good. We were "confronted" by the welcomer. We felt that we were more like intruders and did not feel welcome. In fact the word "welcome" was not once used. The hallway is dark and not clean. The apartment is on the first floor and the bedroom is well located at the rear of the apartment away from the noise of the street.
We had to insist on having a change of sheets while we were there. Likewise only hand towels were provided. Later, the sheets and towels were brought, but it was insisted that this was really exceptional and we should email our gratitude to the owner.
Our questions regarding keys, wi-fi, security were not dealt with well. We thought it best not to ask any more.
Overall, we had a wonderful holiday from this apartment. Too bad it got off to a bad start.
