70m2 apartment and 50m2 terrace set on the ground floor is composed of :

Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
Apartment for 4 people with garden and private parking in a safe and quiet neighborhood.The apartment consists of a large living room, two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Each room has private bath: the one in the master bedroom is equipped with a large Jacuzzi for two persons designed to give you a moment of relax.The one in the single bed room has a spacious shower.
Air conditioning, LCD TV, safety deposit box are present in the two rooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped for small and large appliances, including dishwasher and washing machine, and everything you need to prepare your meals.
The wifi internet is free.
Our property offers its guests a green and flowered garden of 50 sq.m. equipped with outdoor furniture, tables and chairs for outdoor dining on sunny days. Here you can have your meals recovering from the toils of the day and the bustle of Rome.
Private car parking available in the property.
Building and furnishings were completely renewed in 2011.
A small library with books and magazines, in Italian and other language are offered to customers.
We provide bicycle rental and transportation to and from the airport by car rental with driver.

What a fantastic place with tastefully done interiors, a colorful courtyard, a terrace with a gazebo..the list goes on. To find a place like this in a city like Rome and at great value must be a miracle of some sorts. Katia was a great hostess and took care of all our queries. The bus stop to the metro is a short walk away and from the metro all important locations in Rome are easy to reach. We stayed here for 5 nights and had a great time. Will stay gladly here anytime we travel to Rome again.

We had a wonderful stay at your lovely apartment. Rome was very hot but we enjoyed all the history. We loved the roof terrace and the beautiful courtyard. We hope to be back again. this is a place we will visit again and raccomand to our friends. Thnks for everything.

Un agréable séjour à Rome en grande partie du à la qualité du logement, de sa situation et de son calme. Avec parking fermé, Appartement au rez-de-chaussée avec jardin, à 15 min a pied du métro, à 3 stations du Vatican, Toutes les commodités sont à proximité à pied (pharmacie, supermarché, tabacs, journaux, ect...). Pour terminer un remerciement spécial au propriétaire pour son excellent accueil et sa disponibilté.
