The location was great.  Easy to get to public transportation and all the sites in Rome.  Apartment shows a little wear but didn't impact use.  Much better than a hotel.

We were 3 adults staying here.This modern apartment on the 3rd floor-also a lift-is clean,spacious and within walking distance of most sights in Rome. The bus stop is 50metres from the door. We bought a Roma pass for 3 days. All transport and 2 main sights for free and most sights at a discount without standing-and wasting time-in long lines.We had a wonderful 5 nights. The flat had a main bedroom with lots of packing space,a comfortable double bed and couch for extra seating. The 2nd bedroom also had a double bed. Bathroom had shower,basin,toilet and bidet with washing machine.And a washing line alla Italian-out of the window with pulley system. The open plan living area had seating and satellite TV,dining area and the kitchen had all appliances we could hope for. The owner opened up for us and she gave us a file with all things to do in Rome. There is a small grocery store just up the road. I will recommend this apartment any time and will use it when we get back to Rome-IF AVAILABLE. BE QUICK IT BOOKS UP FAST!

"Idéalement bien placé tout près du Colisée, dans le quartier historique, dans une rue animée avec des restos (li Rioni par exemple, on mange très bien à prix honnête) Bus qui s''arrête devant. Métro pas très loin, éviter de venir en voiture car pas facile de se garer. Appart. agréable, calme, WIFI, clim. Propriétaire très sympa qui nous a proposé un taxi en sortant de l''aéroport qui nous attendait à prix intéressant. Séjour très agréable."

An absolutely lovely place, high recommended with all desirable amenities, situated in a very nice street 5 min. away from Coliseum. It is a very stylish place with a love to detail, which makes the visit especially pleasant. The apartment contains both air conditioning and heating. The latter was a pleasant asset during the colder January days. The owners are very nice, flexible and hospitable. We loved Rome and we loved our little home.

Notre séjour d'une semaine s'est très bien passé, en particulier gràce à cet appartement ! Quelqu'un nous attendait à notre arrivée à l'appartement, très ponctuel et très sympathique. Les propriétaires m'avaient donnée toutes les informations avant et sont fiables. L'appartement correspond totalement aux photos et était propre.L'appartement est même plus grand que sur les photos, la chambre principale est assez grande. On peut facilement habiter à 4 personnes. Il y avait Internet en Wifi à notre arrivée. Le chauffage dans l'appartement fonctionnait bien ainsi que l'eau chaude. La chambre est grande et équipée de rangement. La cuisine est bien équipé.Tout y était: Serviette,ustensiles de cuisine, sel, poivre, huile d'olive,... L'appartement est dans un immeuble ancien, qui donne sur une cour calme. Assez authentique ! Un bus passe juste devant l'appartement et permet de rejoindre le métro facilement. La station de métro Colisée ou la station San Giovanni sont accessibles en 10 minutes à pied. 2 petites supérettes sont situés à 5 minutes à pied, avant d'arriver au Colisée. Pour un séjour d'une semaine à Rome, ce fut salvateur d'avoir un appartement comme celui-ci après une longue mais belle journée de marche !
