APARTMENT ROME- NAVONA- Vicolo delle Vacche- #600cComfortable apartment set walking distance to Piazza Navona, in the heart of the eternal city, close to many principal sites of Rome, close to transports, shops and restaurants;
50m2 apartment set on the 2nd floor without elevator si composed of :
LIVING ROOM
With sofa bed, table and chairs, TV & DVD player, stereo kitchen corner, window;
KITCHEN CORNER
Open on the living room. Fully equiped with gas stove, fridge and freezer, gas oven. cupboards, utensils, ventilation system;
BEDROOM
With Double bed, single futon bed, wardrobe, AC, window;
BATHROOM
With shower, sink, bidet, wc, hair dryer;
Independent heating, TV, DVD player, AC, hair dryer, iron and iron board, stereo, baby kit, internet usb key ( extra cost), phone ( national lines), no elevator.
PLEASE NOTE : A damage deposit of 100 euros cash will be requested upon check in and given back upon check out.
There is a tax of two euros per person up to 10 days of stay except for children under 10 years
Check ins: from 2PM
Check outs : at 11AM
20€ extra for arrivals after 8PM, and 50€ extra after 22.30PM
25€ extra for departures between 12AM and 8AM

Centrally located apartment 5 minutes walk from Piazza Navona, consisting of 1 double bedroom with an added futon sofa bed and a kitchen and living room with sofa bed, sleeps up to a maximum of 5 persons.FEATURES:

Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer guten Lage neben der Piazza Navona. Sie eignet sich am Besten für zwei Personen, da das Schlafzimmer ruhig ist. Das Wohnzimmer mit der Küche ist jedoch laut, da sich vor dem Haus eine Bar befindet, die sehr gut Besucht wird. Die Toilette ist neben dem Schlafzimmer. Könnte auch ein Störfaktor bei mehreren Personen sein. Deshalb empfehle ich sie für zwei Personen. Die Lage ist super und der Preis ist in Ordnung.

I loved the location of this apartment, tucked away in one of the alleys of 'old' Rome, very charming. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Taxi stand was only a couple of minutes walk away which was very convenient. This apatment was, however, very noisy throughout the day night. There is a cafe / bar on the opposite corner which is particularly lively...great if you want to enjoy a bit of nightlife, but not so great if you're exhausted after a busy day of sightseeing and just want to sleep. This apartment was on second floor and no lift, so keep this in mind if you have heavy luggage. The apartment itself was well maintained and very clean. Bit of trouble with the shower going hot and cold occasionally. Cooking facilities were great and had everything we needed. Owner was waiting for us with the key on our arrival and was really pleasant and helpful. All up, I would love to stay here again as the location was fabulous and apartment was nice, but the noise would make me reconsider...perhaps something as simple as double gazed windows would help (just a suggestion for the owner!).

dear jane, thanks for the comment. I will see as soon as possible to change the windows and even the doors to make the flat even more beautiful and mostly quiet, I hope to come back and visit us.
