Appartement très bien placé pour visiter Rome. On peut tout faire à pied, sauf le Vatican. Agréable pour 2 à 5 personnes. Attention , la station de métro Cavour n'est pas située sur la place Cavour . A l'arrivée le Shuttle nous a laissés place Cavour loin de l'appartement.

We are a young couple from Greece. We stayed in this nice apartments for 5 nights. The apartments is really spacious, clean and nice.the decoration is more like Ikea style but everything is in a good shape. It is in a great location close to the collosseum. You can explore the historic centre on foot. The neighborhood is what we enjoyed more. An alive roman neighborhood with cute little shops, bakeries and nice restaurants. The area is cool without being posh and nice without being picturesque in a touristy way. There is a nice little piazza 2 min from the house where young people gather to have a chat and a beer. In the same time the apartments is quite. People from the agent office are very helpfully. Strongly recommended for an authentic roman experience.

Amazing location, large and well set up except for the fact that when we arrived the 'self-catering' aspect of the kitchen consisted of 1 gas ring.  No oven, microwave, toaster kettle etc.  After a bit of arguing, we were given an additional electric one burner cooker!  With babies to prepare food for, we spend hours and lots of euros trying to find food for them that we did not have to cook.  Returning from a side trip to Venice, we were happy to see a microwave had been delivered.  Made things so much easier.  The unit is good value and just a short walk to Colosseum.

This apartment is really good. We were an Irish couple aged 23 and would definitely use this apartment again.

I really wanted to give this apartment 5 stars however there were a few minor issues that some picky people may not have been happy about. First thing was that the floors were in need of a good sweep. They were not dirty by any means but a once over with a sweeping brush would have been nice. I could not find a sweeping brush there. There was no oven if you wanted to bake stuff, there are however hobs to fry etc on. The shower is in need of a bleach down.

There are sooo many good points to this apartment and the bad ones above are just being picky...It is sooo near to the Colosseum and the forums are literally down the road. The metro are 5 minutes walk away. The apartment is so easy to find. Emzo greeted us and showed us how everything worked. There is a DVD player in the unfortunate event of rain (however bring your own dvds). The most amazing Gelato shop is around the corner, Flor, we got ice cream every night!!! Irish bar Scholars Lounge a ten minute walk away. Really good restaurants around near Flor. Air conditioning is really good (would recommend leaving the windows shut at night and air con on). Small market across the way and fruit shop around the corner. It has an iPod dock and radio which I thought was good for getting ready! Seriously such a good location, we walked everywhere. Fridge for keeping the drinks cool ha. Dishwasher. Frying pan, plates, cutlery. Towels and extra blankets. Hot water all the time. Awh the list goes on, basically I would recommend!!

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w Rzymie i mieszkania, które wynajmowaliśmy. Lokal jest taki, jak można zobaczyć na stronie internetowej. Ma doskonałą lokalizację. Wszędzie jest blisko - do miejsc wartych zobaczenia (np. Coloseum ),i środków komunikacji miejskiej. To miejsce, gdzie mozna doskonale wypocząć po trudach zwiedzania  W pobliżu znajduje się kilka sklepów i lokalnych restauracji. Warto spędzić wakacje w Rzymie, korzystając z apartamentu przy Via Baccina.

Our family of four had a great time at this property. The location was perfect for all the sights we wanted to see. We walked to everything exept the Vatican. For the rate we paid it was well worth it.

Great place to stay! This was our first trip to Italy (and our first trip out of the country) and we have nothing but great things to say about where we stayed! When we arrived from the airport we were met by Maria and her husband who were great hosts and showed us around the apartment and helped us get settled in. Everything was exactly as advertised and we could not have been happier! If you are looking to explore Rome, this apartment is in a perfect location to walk to many of the sites, as well as a great selection of shopping and local restaurants. We would love to stay here again and have already recommended it to family that are looking to travel to Rome next spring! Thank you for an amazing vacation Maria and Cities Reference!

Location is excellent. Out your front door you can see the columns of the Roman Forum. A short walk to most of the major sites. The realtor, Vincent is helpful, and has a great attitude. Its a larg-ish apartment for Europe. A short distance to shops, bakeries and a gemutlick square.

A storefront downstairs and a few apartments over served as a spot for partiers one night but only until about ten. It bugged my daughter who deals with constant noise from her neighbors back home, but struck me as pleasantly local.

My only nit is that the lighting in the space is mediocre. By day it is fine with the curtains drawn and the windows open. At night, the lighting for the main room needs another couple hundred watts. Maybe more floor lamps? Also, the drapes are not lightproof so bring eyeshades if you are bothered by streetlight. But again, these are minor issues. I would stay there again.

The area is likely the best you can desire. It's ancient Rome, it's smack downtown, but at the same time it's calm and it's not touristy. Full of restaurants and cafés, trendy shops, a piazza with a beautiful fountain, everything you may wish from Rome

The apartment is renovated and functional and in a very good shape, although it's a little dark to my taste and only two windows look out on the road, all the rest overlooks the building stairs.

Altogether to recommend for!

The apartment was adequate except that there was no telephone, although the description indicated very clearly that there was one.  Without a telephone, it was impossible to call taxicabs and make restaurant reservations, which was a real disadvantage.  The kitchen is barely passable and the pots and pans seem to be refugees from a trash can. The lighting is poor. The size of the apartment is an important asset and the bed is comfortable.  Of course the location is great.  With just a little effort and only a small expense, the apartment could be improved considerably and made quite attractive.

Hi Richard, sorry you're been disappointed. We've taken off phone from the description and will look into this issue immediately, there has to be a phone line since there is a working wifi internet connection. In a case like this if you would just let us know, same goes for the pots and pans (which we are also going to double check), we would be most eager to solve your problem immediately, our office is only 3 blocks away!
