APARTMENT ROME-GIANICOLO/TRASTEVERE- Via Nicola Fabrizi, # 496Located on the Gianicolo, one of the most elegant area of rome near the American Academy, the Spanish Academy and from a large square on the top of the hill where you can enjoy a spectacular view of Rome. Close to transport (bus) to reach the main sights of the city.
Apartment of 70 m2 on the 1st floor with elevator is composed as follows:
ENTRANCE
With hangers, console, bench, window on inner courtyard;
LIVING ROOM / DINING ROOM
With sofa, table, six chairs, television, pantry closet, A/C and large glass door with access to the terrace. kitchenette;
KITCHEN CORNER:
Kitchen utensils, stove, oven, microwave, freezer, refrigerator, sink, bar with two bar stools and a large window on Via Garibaldi;
CORRIDOR:
With mirror, chest of drawer, window on inner courtyard;
2 BEDROOMS:
# 1-Coat hanger, a big wardrobe with 4 doors, two single beds (80 x 190 cm) that can be united to form adouble bed, two bedside tables, two chairs, small desk, A/C and big window on Via Garibaldi.
# 2-With hanger, large wardrobe with 4 doors, double bed (160 x 190 cm), two bedside tables, two chairs, chest of drawers, A/C and big window on Via Garibaldi.
BATHROOM
With bath, shower, heated towel rail, washbasin, bidet, water, window on courtyard;
TERRACE
Overlooking Via Garibaldi with full table and four chairs, about 15 sqm.
Independent heating, A/C, microwave, TV, WiFi, balcony, double glazed windows, elevator. Can be noisy during the night.

We very muched liked the apartment. Its located close to Parco Gianicolo that has the very best views of Rome and beautifull at night.
The building managers were charming but spoke no English. The only concern is that it is directly above a night club. The music was good and not to loud. We would recommend this stay..

Great location near Parco Gianicolo. The best view of Rome and spectacular at night. The managers of the property were charming and good natured although they spoke no english. The kitchen was managable but lacked tools and wine glasses. The apartment is directly over a night club. The music is good, not to loud and the patrons were by and large students or professionals. We would stay there again

very nice apartment, but not so clean. bar outside was rather noisy. we enjoyed our stay and the service from owner of the apartment, the caretaker and romanreference was excellent.
