APARTMENT ROME - VATICAN- via della cava aurelia -#458Nice apartment set 250m from the train station S.Pietro, and about 500 m from the Vatican. Well connected to the rest of the eternal city.
75sq.mts+20sq mts terrace apartment set on the 5th floor with elevator is composed of :

With table and chairs, gas stove, gas oven, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, ventilation system, wardrobe, cableTV, VCR, window leading to the terrace ;
2 BEDROOMS
#1- With Double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, desk and chair, armchair, wardrobe, cable TV, Window leading to the terrace;
#2- With Double bed, single bed, desk and chair, armchair, cable TV, window;
BATHROOM
with shower, bidet, wc, sink, washing machine, hair dryer ventilation system, window.

Great location...10 minute walk to St Peters. Very roomy and comfortable but missed a living room area...we used the balcony which worked well for us. Needs upgrading despite the staged pictures you see in the ad. Daniela, the apartment agent, is a lovely person and very helpful... arranged pick up at the Termini in Rome that brought us right to the apartment for a quick and efficient check in.

I was staying in that apartment with my family, including two little kids and my parents. We like staying in that apartment a lot as it had several big advantages we were looking for at reasonable price.
It's located close to Vatican, around 20 minutes walk. The apartment was really quite - this is a big big plus in Rome and was important for us as we traveled with our kids. The apartment is reasonably equiped, eg. with awashing machine, iron with iron desk, two TV sets, free internet, other necessary items.
The owners have been a real pleasure to deal with and helped us a lot, eg. they booked a minivan for us which took us to the place and back to the airport, provided a baby cot at our request. gave tips and information on staying in Rome upon our arrival, responded quickly to our e-mails.
The elevator was a bit small for all of us but it was not a problem to take it a couple of times.
All in all, this place is a good value and is good for a stay with the family in Rome.

Well maintained apartment, quiet location, very close to saint peter cathedral. There are supermarkets, pizzerias, some restaurants in close proximity. All necessary amenities (kitchenware, scable TV, internet etc are provided. Helpful and reliable assistance from the owner/agency.

Je tenais a vous exprimer notre satisfaction. (Mes 2 enfants ma compagne et moi même). L'appartement était très confortable, le quartier agréable et vos deux hôtesses très sympathiques et professionnnelles. Je fais d'ores et déjà une très bonne presse de vos services à mon entourage.

Super accueil de Daniela et Federica. L'appartement à notre arrivée était nickel. Spacieux et confortable. Ras.
Les commerçants du quartier sont très sympas et les transports en communs sont très accessibles.

This apartment was fantastic for my family of five. It is within walking distance of most attractions and is only 2 a two minute walk from the metro. It was clean, quiet and well equipped.
