65m2 apartment set on the 1st floor with elevator is composed of :
LIVING ROOM
With sofa bed, coffee table, TV, DVD player, bookshelves, AC, table and chairs, wardrobe, desk, kitchen corner, windows;
KITCHEN CORNER
Fully equiped with gas stove, fridge and freezer, electric oven, cupboards, utensils;
BEDROOM
With double bed, bedside tables, bookshelves, walk in closet, window;
BATHROOM
With bathtub, sink, bidet, wc, wahing machine;
Independent heating, AC, TV ( Sky), DVD player, washing machine, elevator;
A cell phone is provided ( sim card on your charge)
IMPORTANT : For arrivals after 8pm an extra charge of 30 euros will be asked
There is a tax of two euros per person up to 10 days of stay except for children under 10 years
Please beware: Owner asks for a 200 euro refundable security deposit in cash.

Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
Beautiful and bright apartment situated on the first floor of an ancient palace that overlooks one of the most important and beautiful streets of Trastevere, Piazza Arquati, which is the famous church of Saint Agatha,church dear to the Romans , because it hosts the Madonna de 'Noantri.The apartment, with wood-beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, which give the house a warm atmosphere, comprises a large entrance through which you access a vast area comprising a lounge with open kitchen and Four windows make the home very bright.
The lounge includes a sofa bed, a wooden coffee table, a large round table, a desk and a wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary amenities such as refrigerator, table and chairs, oven, cupboards, crockery.
The hall is connected to the bedroom, a spacious and bright, in which there is a double bed and a wardrobe. Also from the hall leads to the bathroom, fully equipped, is provided for use with bath shower and washing machine if necessary.
IMPORTANT : For arrivals after 8pm an extra charge of 30 euros will be asked
CHECK INS FROM 3PM.
For arrival After 10pm, an extra charge of 50 euros will be asked.
Check out time : 11am.
Baby cot available for 20 euros extra.
From 24/12 to the 06/01 the minimum stay will be 4 nights.
