APARTMENT ROME- TRASTEVERE- Via Dei Genovesi- #446gBeautiful apartment set in the heart of Trastevere few minutes walk to the tram that will bring you to many city sites, closet to shops and restaurant.
60m2 apartment set on the 3rd floor without elevator is composed of :
LIVING ROOM
With sofa bed, bookshelves, cable TV, table and chairs, AC, CD & DVD player, window ;
KITCHEN
With gas stove, microwave, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, utensils;
BEDROOM
With double bed, 2 single sofa beds, bedside table, armchair, piano forte, wardrobe, window;
BATHROOM
With shower, bidet, sink, wc;
TERRACE
With table and chairs, potted plants;
Independent heating, AC, cable TV, dishwasher, CD & DVD player, Piano forte, terrace, internet, no elevator.
A cell phone is provided ( sim card on your charge)
PLEASE NOTE :
There is a tax of two euros per person up to 10 days of stay except for children under 10 years
Please beware: Owner asks for a 200 euro refundable security deposit in cash.

Equipped with all comforts such as air conditioning and access to the Internet, and has a beautiful terrace where you can sunbathe, it's no wonder Genovesi brings you to seventh heaven.Comprising: 1 double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, terrace, bathroom with shower. About 60 m2 + terrace. * 3rd floor walk-up. * A single bed for 5 guests is available upon request.

Historically, multi-cultural, Trastevere is a perfect example of all the best that Rome has to offer in terms of shopping, drinking, art, history, and of course culinary delights.
From this central location, the historic center is easily accessible on foot, and Trastevere is well served by numerous bus.
IMPORTANT:Every prices are for two peoples, every extra bed is € 20 euro more.
On the occasion of National Holidays,Easter, Christmas and New Year Holidays the price can be increase of 20% of the high season prices and in every special season.
The minimum stay between 24/12 to 06 /01 is for 5 nights.
Check-in and out are possible from : from 15:00 p.m. to 21:00 p.m. NO COST.
21:01 p.m. to 0:00(midnight) the cost is € 30.
0:01 a.m. to 7 a.m. the cost is € 70.
Check-out before 09:00 a.m. the cost is € 70.
Baby cot available for € 20 extra.
Tourist tax is 2 € for each person per night for a maximum 10 days.The children under 10 years old are not paying.
At the check-in, our guest have to be aware of this points:
- The open balance have to be paid in cash at the check-in
- A copy of the I.D. card is required (of all guests)
- The security deposit is not needed if the credit card details of the guests are provided.

Lovely apartment ,good space ,well laid out.Everything was perfect.Great terrace to have breakfast or to relax in the evening.A. was very welcoming,pleasant,gave us all the assistance we needed and hes suggestions of where to eat and local attraction were very helpful indeed.She gave us confidence to enjoy our stay in what is a new city for us.Thank you
