APARTMENT ROME- CAMPO DEI FIORI- Vicolo delle Grotte- #446cLocated near the french embassy, in the heart of Rome, in Campo dei fiori, ideal to start visiting the eternal city.
75sq.mts apartment on set on the 3rd floor with elevator is composed of :
KITCHEN CORNER
With gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, squeezer, kettle ;
2 BEDROOMS
#1- With double bed, double sofa bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, with sofa, plasma TV, DVD player, Radio, kitchen corner, window ;
#2- With double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables.
BATHROOM
With shower, sink, hairdryer;
Independent heating, microwave, washing machine, Plasma TV ( sky), DVD player, radio, internet ADSL, fans, kettle, baby cot for 20 euros extra.
A cell phone is provided ( sim card on your charge)
IMPORTANT : For arrivals after 8pm an extra charge of 30 euros will be asked
There is a tax of two euros per person up to 10 days of stay except for children under 10 years .
Owner asks for a 200 euro refundable security deposit in cash.
CHECK INS FROM 3PM.
PAYMENTS : The remaining balance can be paid in advance by credit card ( on request, to be advised prior arrival)
Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
IMPORTANT:Every prices are for two peoples, every extra bed is € 20 euro more.On the occasion of National Holidays,Easter, Christmas and New Year Holidays the price can be increase of 20% of the high season prices and in every special season.
The minimum stay between 24/12 to 06 /01 is for 5 nights.
Check-in and out are possible from : from 15:00 p.m. to 21:00 p.m. NO COST.
21:01 p.m. to 0:00(midnight) the cost is € 30.
0:01 a.m. to 7 a.m. the cost is € 70.
Check-out before 09:00 a.m. the cost is € 70.
Baby cot available for € 20 extra.
Tourist tax is 2 € for each person per night for a maximum 10 days.The children under 10 years old are not paying.
At the check-in, our guest have to be aware of this points:
- The open balance have to be paid in cash at the check-in
- A copy of the I.D. card is required (of all guests)
- The security deposit is not needed if the credit card details of the guests are provided.

A través de vuestros servicios renté el Roma, desde el 22 de Septiembre hasta el 2 del presente mes de Octubre, el apartamento GROTTE.Deseo destacar que tanto la recepción, como la atención durante nuestra estadía, fueron inmejorables. Y el personal que nos recibió y ayudó en todo sentido (hasta a cargar las valijas, pues llegamos con cinco, luego de un viaje extenso) merece nuestro agradecimiento: En efecto, tanto a la señorita A, muy agradable y eficiente, como a L y a G les debemos nuestro mas sincero agradecimiento. La nuestra felicitación por contar con tan excelente dotación de personal: verdaderos amigos. Esperamos retornar el año próximo, si Dios quiere.
