appartement idéalement situé, mignon et bien équipé. Idéal pour jeune couple. 
Seul bémol : salle de bain tres petite et appart un peu bruyant la nuit.

In erster Linie für Shopping sehr zentrale, trotzdem ruhige Lage (Hinterhof nicht soo attraktiv, aber Frühstück auf dem Balkon dank einem Baum im Hof ganz passabel), Küche nicht zum Kochen geeignet (z.B. fehlende Töpfe), alles winzig (Stühle Hin- und Herrangiererei), das Bett nimmt den wenigen Raum fast komplett ein, ist dabei trotzdem zu kurz, ansonsten aber bequem. Klimaanlage läuft, aber tropft den Balkon voll. Irgendwie ziemlich teuer, selbst für römische Preise. Das Bett müsste wenigstens ein ausklappbares Schrankbett sein. Wegen des ruhigen Schlafes trotz allem noch empfehlenswert.

vergessen: es gibt nur italienisches Fernsehen und man muss sein Gepäck zu Fuß ranschleppen.

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It was very clean and most things I needed were provided for my short stay. 
I knew about the short ceilings, so that wasn't a surprise nor did it bother me. 
The balcony was lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed having coffee out there in mornings. 
The photo shown on the website is out of date and the bed did not have the same linen and a doona was not provided - just a thin bedspread. 
I wouldn't recommend this space for 2 people unless it was a very short stay, but everyone's needs are different. It was enough space for me. 
If you're a light sleeper the noise from the stairs immediately outside the door (to the left of the bed pictured) will bother you. I was woken early by this every day. 
I couldn't fault Anton who met me at the apartment to check me in and show me around. He was lovely. He showed me how everything worked and even made sure I could lock and unlock the door to the apartment.
The location is fantastic! I could walk to the Spanish Steps in less than 10 minutes and the Trevi Fountain in just over 10 minutes. I took a walk to Termini Station in about 40 minutes. There are 2 supermarkets within less than 5 minutes and many many dining options in the immediate area. It's a great location for shopping of all budgets too.
For the budget concious who want to stay somewhere that is more like home (e.g. a fully functional kitchen), I would reccommend this cute apartment.

Nette , aber wirklich sehr kleine Wohnung, die in toller zentraler Lage direkt in der Haupteinkaufsstraße liegt. Da alle Fenster in den Innenhof öffnen, ist es aber wirklich ruhig und angenehm. Einziges Manko ist die wirklich geringe Deckenhöhe in Bad, Dusche und Küche . Wer also größer als 1,75m ist und darauf besteht, in der Dusche nicht zu hocken oder sitzen, der muss sich eine andere Wohnung suchen. Alles andere ist aber absolut in Ordnung.

The best thing about this apartment is the location and the price for the location is great. That said is just an average apartment. If you are taller than 5 foot 7 inches you may want to consider a different apartment with RomanReference. The ceiling heights in the apartment (in the kitchen and the bathroom) are about 5 foot 8 inches tall. The shower is even shorter. My husband is 6 foot and he struggled. The balcony is not as nice as the picture shows it. RR was great and I would use them again but I would not stay in this apartment.

We had a great stay in this apartment. It is really tiny but very charming and in the heart of Rome. It is absolutely recommendable and when we come back to Rome (hopefully soon), we already know where to stay. Only minus is that the sinks sometimes don´t drain properly and it can get smelly but that´s liveable. So in summary, it´s all thumbs up!!

The room location is great, Via del Corso is a great street with plenty of shopping and cafes at your doorstep. The ceiling hight in the bathroom and kitchen are low, I and 6ft and couldn't stand up in either... But really, you're not going to be spending too much time in these areas, You should be out seeing Roma!

We had a great experience and would definitely recommend. The apartment is small, but was great for the two of us. We could not have asked for a better location. We walked most places, but the metro was only a block away when we needed it.

Très bonne situation dans la ville, qui donne sur une cour intérieur donc pas de bruit de la rue commerçante. C'est propre et pratique. En revanche la partie kitchenette + salle de bain doit avoir un plafond d'environ 1m75 max... c'est assez gênant pour prendre sa douche ! (il faut la prendre assise quand on est un peu grand)

Good central location in Rome, within walking distance to most of the major sites.
Shower may not be suitable for taller people (I had to crane my neck and I am 176cm).
Overall, very clean inside and amenties in good working order.

A great place to stay. Apartment is placed in the center of Rome so everywhere was near, and the AC made the nights in apartment a very pleasant ones. Only the ceeling in the kitchen was a bit too low. ;)

Excellent location, overall a good experience. Toilet is running after flushing. Balcony a bit dirty. A reading lamp would be nice.

Super Lage, nur die Küche ist für grosse Leute gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sonst alles spitze, ruhig, kühl, alles vorhanden! Wir waren sehr zufrieden, vor allem, dass der Check Inn so unkompliziert war.

Tout est prévu pour faciliter le séjour ( kit alimantaire et sanitaire). Environnement remarquable. Le monsieur qui nous a accueillis était extrêmement aimable et nous a même aider à monter nos bagages.

Very fine!Situated in the historical center but very quiet. It was very nice to find cold beer in the fridge and, in addition, some other food, coffee etc.
