I insistantly recommend to look the wideo about the apartment  registered professionally. Even if you not choose to stay in Roma you'll check the ancient Roma odour possible to receive.
Everything is really tue and when entering you introduce in the ROMA epoh but fully and comfortably designed. You've found everything to live. Warm helpful owners make all the positive recomendations about around.
easy to reach from Fumicino (40-50 euro), 3 minutes walk to St Giovanni in Laterano, 5 minutes to Colosseo, 10 minutes to M Colosseo with bag.

Silenzioso, discreto e ottime rifiniture, appartamento immerso nella storia di cui parte delle mura interne ne sono testimonianza, posto a pochi metri dal Colosseo, facilmente raggiungibile con mezzi pubblici uniti alla cortesia del proprietario, ne hanno fatto un ambiente ideale per trascorrere il proprio soggiorno a Roma cinque stelle più che meritate.

Wonderful apartment. Looks good in the photos but that doesn't quite do it justice - it's really gorgeous inside. The area is very safe, no problems walking back at night. You can see the Colosseum from outside the front door! I can't recommend this place enough, and will definitely be back next time I'm in Rome.

Great location, wonderful hosts, and a delightful apartment.   I'd absolutely stay there again.   The apartment is well set up with most everything (needs a microwave though) and clean.  Stella takes excellent care of guests.   I can't say enough nice things about this place and the location.

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. They were waiting for us as we arrived from the airport to show us into the apartment and ensure our comfort. We were given info about Rome's "ins and outs", buses, grocery shopping and nearby restaurants. The room was extremely comfortable and awe-inspiring to someone who has never seen real roman ruins! The apt's architect designed an amazing restoration of ancient roman walls throughout the space. It was jaw droppingly fantastic. It has no windows because of it's orginal structure, but it will create unforgetable Rome memories for a life time!

Beautiful apartment! Absolutely charming in a very central location. Stella prepared the apartment perfectly: immaculate condition, coffee, wine, and pastries made by her grandmother. We were only saddened by the fact that our stay was so short. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment.

My wife and I stayed in this very private and secure apartment, for 3 days and it was very quiet and had all the conveniences we needed.  The owner was wonderful and emailed with us and met us on arrival and departure and was very helpful.   We could see the Roman Colliseum as soon as we came out the door and walking to restaurants, cafes and events was very easy.

We were very happy with this lovely apartment with kitchen & air conditioning and built into a rock wall with one wall in bathroom from 300 BC
Yet decorated in a very lovely up-dated way and very clean - close to all main attractions and metro -restaurants & groceries
Would definitely go back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at this apartment. It was our first try at renting for a vacation, and we would gladly go back to this unit. It is small, but well fitted out and comfortable. The welcome by the owner after the long flight was terrific! The location is close to the colosseum, and very convenient once you learn the bus routes and metro connections, and there is a bus stop just outside the door.Any quiestions that we had were quickly handled. The internet wifi worked well and was available 24/7. There is a small safe available, if you feel that you need it.
Things to note: 1. There is no microwave, but other cooking works well. 2. The fridge is smaller than we would normally be used to.

What a perfect place to stay in Rome! We stayed for 8 nights, and I wish we stayed longer. We felt that we were sleeping in a museum. Place is gorgeous, old and modern. Location is perfect. 3 blocks away from the coliseum and metro station. Local restaurants around with affordable prices. Highly recommend lucci trattoria. It's for locals and not a tourist trap, with affordable prices. Stella was extremely nice and sent emails to us to make sure we were doing okay. She even offered to take us out to pubs. There is wifi which works perfectly. She had a bottle of champaign for us. We have stayed in many vacation apartments around the world and this one is by far the best one.

We loved our stay in Rome and the apartment was in a great location. Everything we needed was available for our 5 day stay. Stella was a great help during our stay!

Great location, in the same street you find: the Colosseum, the gladiator houses and arena, the church st. Clemente with an underground basilica and two roman houses and the former palace of the pope. There are restaurants and bars, a bakery and two small supermarkets, fresh fruit and vegetables around the corner. A bank next door.

The appartment is elegant and quiet, we slept really well.
The owner is really nice and very, very helpful. She contacted me immediatly after the booking and helped organizing transportation from the airport and back. She speaks English very well.
We enjoyed the stay very much.

Italian cable TV. Audio installation with CD's, nice musik. And some bottels of fresh water, cake and coffee and tea for breakfast. Shampoo and showergel in the bathroom. There was really everything you could think of! Even alcoholic drinks to taste real italian liquor :-)
A really good choice for a visit to Rome.

This is a beautifully decorated, well equiped apartment with an incredible ambience. It artisically combines the ancient original walls (which are really amazing) with a modern compatibility.  Staying there I felt like I'd been transported back to ancient Rome with all the brick arches, and marble floors. It's also very quiet (which is luxury in Rome!) and private.  The owners are incredibly nice and easy to work with.  And the location is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was everything! Perfect situation just beside Colosseum, walking distance to every place we wanted to visit. There was supermarket and some very good restaurants in the neigborhood. And busstop just by the door.

The apartment was beautifull and there was everything one could need (except a clock =)) , even some alcohol (wiskey, rom, grappa...) and candels.

We enjoied this apartment very much and recommend it to everyone!

JA SUOMEKSI:

Aivan huippuasunto! Sijainti oli loistava, muutama sata metriä Colosseumilta ja siis kävelymatka Rooman keskustan nähtävyyksiin. Parin korttelin päässä oli sopivan kokoinen kauppa, ja samalla kadulla muutama loistava ravintola. Bussipysäkki oli aivan ulko-ovella, joten kotiin oli helppo tulla bussilla päivän kävelyn jälkeen.

Asunnossa oli kaikkea ja se oli upea! Se oli tosi nätisti remontoitu eikä sieltä tehnyt edes mieli lähteä pois katselemaan Rooman ihmeitä. Keittiö oli hyvin varusteltu. Siellä oli mausteita, oliiviöljyä ja esim. nespresso-keitin ja kahvia tarjolla. Baarikaapissa oli kristallikarahveissa viskiä ja rommia grappapullon vieressä!

Olohuoneessa oli mukava sohva, tv, ruokapöytä ja kivoja koriste-esineitä, myös kynttilöitä ja ilmastointilaite!

Makuuhuone oli toteutettu vanhaan ympäristöönsä aivan uskomattoman hienosti: korkeilla seinillä oli säilytetty vanhoja muureja ja temppelikiviä! Ja sänkykin oli ihan hyvä! Siellä oli oma ilmastointilaite.

Kylpyhuone oli myös toteutettu upeasti. Nykyaikainen suihku rajoittui vanhaan kiviseinään ja kaikki toimi moitteettomasti.

Cool little apartment.Great owner. If you ever saw what passes as a 4 star hotel in Rome...you'll appreciate the value of this place. Clean,classy,conveinient,close to everything ...I mean real close.We had breakfast,lunch or diner pretty much every day beside the Colossuem,lots of great resturants,a bunch of little shops and markets on the block.Bus 85 or 117 at the front door go to most places you'll want to get to or connect with for a Euro. ,4 stairs..little court yard private,good for romantic get away for 2.Thanks Antonio and Irena.
