with double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, 2 stools, 1 single armchair bed, tv, air conditioning and window;
KITCHEN
with gas stove/oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and window;
BATHROOM
with shower, bidet and window.

Independent heating, no phone, tv, a/c, doorman, microwave. Monthly possible. Discount for 2 weeks or more.
PLEASE NOTE : the minimum stay in August will be 5 nights.
Check ins after 9:00PM to 1:00AM will be charged 50 euros. Check ins after 1:00AM will be reported for the day after.

Located in a building from the Umbertine era (XVIII century), this is well situated in the city near Rome’s famous historical buldings such as the Coliseum, Piazza Venezia and the Roman Forum to name just a few.
The apartment has a double room with double bed, a living / dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is completely equipped with all you need to cook (refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker, etc.) and fresh bed linens are provided. You will also be provided with tourist information such as maps and brochures. If you are travelling with children, they sleep for free if they do not occupy an extra bed. In the Esquiline neighbourhood where the apartment is located, there are all manner of services. You can find shops and restaurants everywhere. It is also very close to tourist attractions such as the Coliseum, Piazza Venezia, Roman Forum and Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore.
