Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
This apartment is extremely small, perhaps the world's smallest, but very nice, friendly and equipped. It is on the third floor of a building of 1600. To give a good idea of the size necessary to compare in a little sailboat.
Entering the apartment you are in a very small room equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, table with 2 stools and cupboards. From this room you climb a wooden ladder to the loft where you will find a queen size bed , HI FI, TV LCD and Air Con hot and cold.
The bathroom is small but complete with shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet. Very comfortable, this apartment is ideal for young couples who want to live on a budget, the magic of the old town.
This apartment is located very near Piazza Navona, the exact historic center of Rome, a lively, well-known neighbourhood in Rome. The whole neighbourhood is filled with shops, restaurants, pubs and pizzeria, which makes this a perfect area to go out at any time of the day or the night. The apartment is close to the Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, Campo de’Fiori, il Campidoglio, il Foro Romano, il Colosseo, Via del Corso, Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese e Via Veneto and more sites are all within walking distance. Via del Corso is also a favourite shopping street for Romans and visitors alike when it comes to clothing and accessories, providing a varied relatively inexpensive shopping experience. As for public transportation, simply you will need it because you can reach all mayor touristic points by feet.

We stayed here for 5 weeks and really enjoyed it. The apartment is small but really well equipped, efficiently utilises space and is tastefully decorated. It's in a great location- you can walk or catch a bus to pretty much anywhere in Rome. To improve the place I recommend installing a proper shower curtain. Also, the drain for the shower would often fail to work, resulting in flooding of the bathroom and the rest of the apartment. The bathroom wasn't all too clean when we arrived either. But overall it's a great place and we really enjoyed our stay.
