LOVED  the location. Lovely area with wonderful local shops.
Very busy in the evenings and if you don't like boisterous revellers outside your window late into the night, this is not the spot for you!
Peter was gracious in welcoming us to the apartment and explained everything in great detail. The apartment has everything you could need. Plenty of dishes. We did not cook, why would you with so many wonderful eating spots everywhere in Rome. We used the fridge to keep beer, wine, cheese and salami cold. I think the photos posted here are probably several years old, as the apartment seems a bit tired and not very clean. I wiped the kitchen bar off when we arrived, it's something I always do...it was filthy to be honest. Bedding was thin and not very nice.
In conclusion, this was in a wonderful location, but in future I would try something else. Wouldn't recommend.

I'm sorry that you haven't been fully satisfied by my apartment, but I really appreciate your comments.
Our guests opinion is very important to me and my staff, in order to continuosly improve our service.
We keep the utmost attention to cleanliness, even though sometimes it is hard to keep all the dust off especially in spring.
As far as our bedding is concerned, I have to admit that I was somewhat surprised. In five years we never had any complaint, however I've duly noted this fact and will take care of it.
I would like also to point out that that the photos in our site are no more than 4/5 months old.
Fact is that we are lucky ( and maybe deserve) to have many visitors, thus we paint and freshen up allover usually twice a year.
You are right also in mentioning the active night life of Campo dei Fiori( which by the way is very alive also during the day); as a matter of fact that is considered by many a point of attraction. Anyway my places have all, modern double, soundproof windows which filter most the noise.
In conclusion, while I apologize for any inconvenience, I thank you again for your words, which push me and my staff to strenghten our efforts to improve our hospitality.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to be based for our stay in Rome. Peter was really helpful. The restaurants and shops around fantastic. We easily walked to all the tourist attractions. Apartment was very spacious with 5 adults sharing easily.

This apartment was very nicely equipped  with modern amenities and clean. The 2 bedrooms were perfect for 2 adults and 2 older boys. The only downside was the noise from Campo di Fiori. It was every night until about 2am so difficult to sleep as it would ebb and then get very loud. Even my boys teens to 20's had a hard time sleeping. If you are going to stay out late and get up late this will not be an issue. The manager Peter was gracious. He had plenty of information to help with restaurants and local groceries. The area is the best for Rome as it is lively at all times and there are many good restaurants and just walking around you have a good idea of the Italian way of life. I would still recommend te apartment based on the amenities, but it would benefit from some heavier window treatments  to block out more noise(or provide ear plugs). Lastly, having more towels for the kitchen would be nice, but again this is minor. The apartment gets 4 stars due to noise, but in terms of the space it is a 5 star. lastly, one day I could not print tickets for the vatican and when I emailed Peter, he was willing to come back to help me out. We found a place to log in and print from a USB drive, but the point is that Peter was willing to help even with an issue that was not his problem.

great apartment and top central located. Just 2 minutes to walk to campo de fiori with all the bars and restaurants. The apartment is 1:1 as pictured in the internet and very clean. I can recommend this apartment 100 % and you will have a perfect stay in a incredible city!!!

This apartment is in a great location- the owner is super nice and helpful- the layout is spacious and modern-
the only drawback is the noise- although it is on a walking street, the sounds of the people can be rather loud into the night- but when in rome...

Really 4 1/2 stars .... excellent location, everything as was pictured in the photos.  The only minor negative, I would not consider the balcony useful for anything besides hanging out the laundry to dry.  

We would stay here again.  Thanks!

Outstanding apartment, bright, well maintained with historic features in a great location. Pietro was an excellent manager, available and prompt.
But one alert--not about the apartment but about your expectations. It's a big city experience in the heart of a great city, which means street noise, not from cars (it's a beautiful, cobbled, pedestrian-only street most of the time), but from revellers and passers-by until late, late at night. This is Roman to the core, but be prepared!

Great apartment. Excellent location near all services and places you would want to see in Rome. Good restaurants in the  Comfortable, clean and roomy (nice living room) and well equipped with modern appliances. Service was great: we had a problem with the shower and it was fixed the same day we brought it to management's attention. One small inconvenience for some, however: the second bedroom is small.  It has two comfortable single beds arranged in a row, but the room is kind of small for a second couple.  The apartment is great for a couple with two children, or three adults, but the second of two couples would find it a little cramped (but feasible if you really had to). Otherwise, I would strongly recommend it.

great location, very comfortable and clean, everything worked , Peter very helpful and understanding about a breakage. kettle wood be useful to save boiling saucepan for tea! great bakery and cafe around corner.

Great location above a high end shopping street leading to Campo Dei Fiori in one direction and a bus transit center in the other. Bakery, grocery store, book store, theatre, delicatessons, gormet wine shop close by.. Spacious, high ceilings, large baths, good heat. Peter is very accomodating. Most sites are within walking distance. Express bus #40 will take you to the train station. No one seems to care if you have a bus ticket or not. Bonus is the church bells ringing starting at 8am.

Great location & apartment & great host. Area is a little noisy at night - double glazing would help. Need more English speaking TV channels on Satellite TV - only news channels!
