85m2 apartment with 85m2 terrace set on the 4th floor without elevator is composed of :

With single sofa bed, chest of drawers, TV, table and chairs, AC, windows;
KITCHEN
Fully equipped with gas stove, electric oven, fridge and freezer, cupboards and utensils, washing machine, window;
2 BEDROOMS

Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
Nice and elegant Trastevere two bedrooms apartment recently renovated. A furnished terrace with stunning views over the city center makes this apartment a unique experience. The apartment is approx. 915 sq. foot and is composed by a large living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with Jacuzzi, a single bedroom with a full size bed and a master bedroom with a queen size bed. Amenities include air conditioning, wifi, tv, washer, independent heating. The area, Trastevere is very lively and is full of nice restaurants and cafes, it is the ancient part of the city and you will find the oldest church in Rome just around the corner. Supermarkets are at walking distance as well as a wide choice of grocery shops. All the sights are at walking distance.

Nous avons passé 5 nuit dans ce superbe appartement du trastevere.
Nous avions choisi le quartier un peu au hasard mais ce fut notre plus belle surprise car c'est de loin le quartier que nous avons préferé dans Rome avec ses rues piétonne et pittoresque tout en pavé.
Le meilleur fut sans doute la terrasse gigantesque au dessus de l'appartement qui dominait tout le quartier et Rome en général. Avoir un lieu pareil entièrement pour nous était vraiment magique.
La propriétaiare était très gentille et nous a fourni drap et linge de toilette et avait organisé le ménage du départ sans frais supplémentaire.
Une superbe adresse à vivement conseiller pour vos escapade romaine !
