APARTMENT ROME- PANTHEON- Piazza Colonna- #279ePrestigious suite set in a building from XVI century, in the heart of Rome, in front of Colonna Antonina, erected in A.D. 180-193 and opposite is Palazzo Chigi and Montecitorio seats of the Italian Government. Decorated with antique furnitures with paintings on ceilings.
Suite of 85 sq.mts set on the first floor without elevator with its 40 sq.mts terrace is composed of :
LIVING ROOM
With sofa, armchairs, coffee table, cable TV 45', CD & DVD player, bookshelves, desk and chair, phone, AC window in inner courtyard;
BEDROOM
With King size bed, bedside tables, desk and chair, 2 armchairs, 2 chest of drawers, phone wardrobe, AC, window on courtyard, Kettle, coffee machine
BATHROOM
With Jacuzzi, sink, wc, cupboards, bidet, window on courtyard.
TERRACE
With table and chairs, long chairs.
Independent heating, cabel TV, CD, DVD player, WiFi, AC, Terrace, view, jacuzzi, phone, no elevator.
PLEASE NOTE : Room service everyday, breakfast included in the price to be taken at the bar on the square, Someone will carry the luggages to the room, The suite is not equipped with independent kitchen and the owner, on request ( extra cost and to be booked few hours ahead), can organize private dinners in the residence for the occupants and their guests. Also on request, it can be arranged to have at your disposal a personal chauffeur to drive you around for visits to places of interest, business appointments or just for shopping.( extra cost to be booked 3-4 days ahead).
