The apartment was exactly as promised on the website, beautiful bricks ceiling with clean and modern interior design.
Booking online was simple and convenient. The price seemed very reasonable. Sofabeds were comfortable, WiFi and TV worked well.
Laundry machine present. There is a great gated area just outside the apt that could be used as parking,
but we didn't have a car so spent time under the umbrella enjoying a coffe outside.
Was our first time in Rome and this was the perfect base for our exploration of this amazing city.
Safe coming and going at any hour of the day.

This apartment has a quiet atmosphere, with a private space just outside. Cool inside during our summer stay ( we used very little a/c ).
Vatican and Metro walking distance. Unfortunately couldn't visit the Coliseum because close.

Owner was waiting for us to check in the apartment, he booked a driver to pick us up with a mercedes  from the airport, less expensive and more convenient then a taxi. We fund tea, coffee, sugar and few other stuff in the kitchen, bought some groceries from market close by. Wifi is working fine; outside the apartment there is a gated area that could be used to park a car or just to be outside. Beds are confortable, towels and linens clean as the apt and bathroom. Easy access to Vatican and Metro. We got two days of rain, but enjoyed Rome anyways!

Location très agréable et très bien placée ... À quelques minutes à pied du Vatican. Le studio a beaucoup de charme et tout y est extrêmement bien optimisé. Nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants et nous ne nous sommes par marchés dessus. Un autre avantage est la possibilité, si vous êtes en voiture, de pouvoir la garer sur place. Enfin, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, et ils pensent, avant votre arrivée à vous laisser quelques produits ... Que l'on n'a pas forcément à l'arrivée (sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, papier wc, sopalin, etc ...). Nous conseillons fortement cette location.

The place is pretty nice. It's not that big but big enough for our family with 3 children. And it has everything we need. The location is convenience. The owner is nice.

Our arrival was delayed due to plane and metro issue, and Andrea was very accomadating for us, and met us on arrival.  The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the metro, and about 10 or 15 minutes from vatican city on foot.  It is in an area not commonly associated with tourism, so it is nice and calm in the immediate area.  The apartment was nice and had everything we needed.  Andrea provided some maps and tourist information for the local area, such as the market a block away, making it very easy for us to get settled, and plan our visit.  When we return to Rome in the future, we hope to be able to stay there again!

I stayed here with my parents for a week.  We were coming in from NYC and Australia.  We absolutely loved it - the apartment is extremely clean and well kept and the gorgeous ceiling gives it great character.  It was also very quiet at night.  The apartment had all of the amenities you need for a week, including a washing machine!  It was about a 7 minute walk to the underground subway, and about 10 or so minutes to the Vatican wall.  The best part is that the owner, Andrea, went beyond the call of duty to ensure we were settled in comfortably and had everything we needed.  In fact, there was a train strike on our last day, and he even made all the arrangements to get us a car to Civitavecchia so we didn't miss our cruise.  I would stay here again any time, and would recommend it to any of my friends.

The apartment is renovated, clean and I would say the size is ideal for 4 people max, as everything is in one room (except for the bathroom of course). The avenue where it is located has a lot of traffic but the property is very well isolated, so once you're in there you can bearly hear anything from outside.
The hosts are very nice people, unfortunately, I couldn't meet Andrea but I met her dad and he is a really polite and nice man, he gave us a bunch of tips about the neighbourhood and he was on time to pick up the keys the day of our departure.
The apt is located about 20 mins away from San Peter's Basilica, and 12ish mins from the metro station (Cipro-Musei Vaticani). There is a supermarket about 4 blocks away and a few smalles grocery stores closer to the apartment. 
If you want to be walking distance to the major tourist attractions (not including Vatican City) this is not the apartment you're looking for, but IT IS if you don't mind taking the metro to get downtown and if you're looking for a clean and affordable place to stay in Rome. I enjoyed my stay there and I would recommend it.

Nice place, clean, plenty of facilities. Near the metro line A. You can park your car for free near the appartment. A good address.

A lovely modern apartment. Very functional. Three of stayed - me, my wife, and daughter (aged 21) - and it was very suitable. A charming apartment made all the more charming by the very friendly helpful and gracious host, Andrea.

It is a short walk to the Metro for transport into the main Roman attractions. The Vatican Museum is an easy walk from the apartment and St Peter's is a nice healthy walk.

A very functional tidy apartment. Not far from metro for getting into the main Roman attractions and walking distance from the Sistine Chapel in the vatcian museum. Host Andrea is very helpful and friendly and makes the stay all that much better.

We enjoyed our days in Rome because of the wonderful apartment, sunny weather and the sightseeing tours. It took only a few minutes to reach the Metro-Station (600m) or the Vatican-City (about 1000m) by foot. The flat is well and homely furnished, clean and bright. The sofas are very comfortable for sleeping. We send many greetings to Andrea, the owner.

The vatican apartment was a great place to stay for our 4 nights in Rome. Andrea's hospitality was great, he was very attentive and ensured we were settled and comfortable, without being too overbearing. He also gave us a tour around the surrounding neighbourhood which was unexpected but appreciated. It is well located with regard to public transport and a quick walk to the vatican city. Andrea also gave us a lift down to the metro station on our departure and his ability to fit 3 adults, 2 large backpacks and other luggage into his smart car was legendary!
