Villa in fregene in a village near Rome on the beach ,located at 30 minutes from San Peter and the center of rome , and 15 minutes from airport of fiumicino
descripiton
it is a charming and picturesque confortable three storey villa in fregene , close to the Mediterranean and one of the preferred beaches of the population of Rome.A fine combination to families who wants to enjoy the historic center of rome as well as the opportunity of swemming in the Mediterranean.In order to do this you do not have to rent a car; you can take train or bus from Rome to fregene.The villa has 3 levels.
ground floor has a small garden whit pines.
first floor contains a nice livingroom whit tv and sofabed and table,two bedrooms,a compact kitchen whit gas/eletric oven and refrigerator,micronde,bathroom whit shower and washing machine.Outside there is a big angular terrace 40mq.
the second floor at the top contains a small living/bedroom including mini oven and refrigerator; a small bathroom whit shower, and another small room under the roof h 1,50 mt; outsidea nice terrace for relaxation and sunbathing expands the experience of this charming place.
from the termini station in Rome it is easy to take the Civitavecchia train and jump off at the Maccarese/fregene station (in 30 minutes).from the Maccarese station you can take the bus to fregene center .the second solution is From the airport of fiumicino you can take the bus or taxi , in 15 minutes you will arrive in fregene.
A lot of fine restaurants and bars close to the costline.Excellent opportunities for kitesurfing, to ride on horseback,play tennis,and go round by bicycle through the nice neighborhood whit trees and flowers, through the pinewood
