The location was okay in Trastevere area, it is not located centrally but very easy to walk to major sites and if you like Trastevere, then great location. From the riverside Vatican City is about 20 minutes walk, so are all the other major sites except for the Colosseum, which is about 30 minutes to walk.

We could not plug in two heaters at the same time because the electricity kept going out, so we were freezing almost the whole time. We called the lady who was in charge, Lavinia a few times but she did not do anything about it. I also would like to add that she is literally bipolar, and gets very mean at times. 

Out last day, electricity went out completely in the morning, it was not the fuse this time so we had to pack in the dark. 

The pillows were very uncomfortable also.

And if you are staying 3-4 people, the couch is not very comfortable.

I wanted to iron my shirt but one of the irons was not working and the other one was probably from 1800s and made a huge hole on my shirt.

There is no phone or wi-fi either.

I was very sorry to read the comment you posted concerning you stay in my apartment over the Christmas holidays.

Let me first deal with the “minor” problems: please note that the description of the apartment does mention that no Internet connection is available, and as to the consistency of the mattress other guests have complained about the mattress being too hard so it is a bit a question of taste and sleeping habits.

But what I am most concerned about is your rightful complaint about the checking-in procedures and the lack of appropriate support and care

I am truly sorry about this since the person welcoming guests represents me and her discourtesy amounts to a discourtesy from me. I will make sure this will not happen again.

The problem with the electricity was due to the fact that the new more powerful heater used up more energy than the old one – which is still there and working – at a time of the year when there is a peak of energy demand. So there was no system failure but rather a problem like that of the morning of your departure which could easily have been solved by turning back on the supply by a switch inside the apartment and which, evidently, was not specifically mentioned during the check –in..

So, although there has been no actual problem with the electrical system but rather a misunderstanding concerning procedures to be applied, I expressed my willingness to offer a partial refund for the inconvenience experienced, in line with the policy of the web-site. Unfortunately, I received no answer.

Location was good but insufficient advice on how to reach apartment. If it hadn't been for Tripadvisor's advice on how to get to Trastevere (H bus) we could have been wandering around for ages. Room was quite good but sofa bed was old and uncomfortable. The linen was very pre-loved. Pillows were shocking! Toilet was very confusing. It appeared to double as a bidet and if you pressed the button too enthusiastically water flooded all over the floor. This could be a good apartment if a little more care was taken and proper bedding and good linen provided.

Two of us stayed here for four months while studying in Rome.  The apartment was exactly as advertized and was conveniently located and easy to walk to many sites.  It was also near multiple bus stations and taxi stands. The owner was extremely helpful and could be easily contacted in case of any issue.  Although it is a little noisy outside from restaurants, the owner was measuring to redo the windows to make it more insulated, but the noise wasn't bothersome.

The location was perfect, check in was quick and easy, there was plenty of space, very clean, we had all the comforts of home and the price was unbeatable.  If you have a chance to book this apartment it is a must!  If I had 1 complaint, and I'm really pushing it, it would be low water pressure in the shower...but that's just Rome really.  I give this apartment and staff a perfect 10 and would be back in a heartbeat if I could be.  Thank you thank you thank you!

Appartement très salle ( frigot pas vidé, vaiselle, pattes dans les placards moisies... etc).

Pas de couverts pour 4 personnes. Une caffetiere pour 1 personne acheté aux puces pour 1 €

Televison toute petite 25 cm !!!! meme pas de chaines en francais !!!

Endroit très très bruillant ( restaurent proche et du bruit dans le rue jusqu'a 2 h du matin).

Très dessus pour ce prix !!!!

Personne non aimable lors de la reception des clées et en retard de plus 1 h !!!! Et on l'attends encore le jour du départ pour rendre les clées

Je suis réellement navrée pour ce commentaire.
Premièrement, ils ne m'ont pas donner leur horaire d'arrivée, bien que l'agence ait insisté sur ce fait, ils ont répondu qu'ils arriveraient en voiture dans l'après midi.
Quand ils m'ont appelé, ils m'ont dit qu'ils étaient presque arrivés et je me trouvais à Campo de Fiori attandant d'autres clients sur le point d'arriver. Je n'ai donc pas pu partir de suite. C'est pour cela que nous demandons d'appeler 1 heure avant l'arrivée et pas 20 min avant.
Il faisait beau et j'ai trouver les clients garés devant la porte et ils ont parlé de parking et ils voulaient savoir quelle était la place de parking réservée au propriétaire. Je leur a expliqué que dans la rue il n'y a pas de place réservée ( la place de parking n'est PAS mentionnée sur la description) et que le parking est payant, et ils voulaient une réduction. Quand ils n'ont pas obtenu la réduction, l'accueil était déjà ruiné.
Quand nous sommes rentrés dans l'appartement, l'appartement n'a pas plu. Premièrement parcequ'il n'y avait pas 2 chambres séparées, comme ils l'avaient pensé en louant pour 4 personnes, puis parceque la cuisine était petite.
Les précèdents clients ont laisser une bouteille de jus de tomates et un pot de confiture neufs, qu'ils ont préféré jetter.
Je leur ai fait voir comment fonctionnait l'appartement, le compteur pour l'electricité et fait les comptes et nous nous sommes mis d'accords pour l'heure de départ à 11h00 au lieu de 10h00 comme convenu et écrit sur le contrat, puis qu'ils devaient laisser les clefs sur la table et fermer la porte derière eux, car la personne en charge du nettoyage devait venir préparer l'appartement pour d'autres clients.
Je suis désolée ne n'avoir pu faire changer d'idée de l'appartement aux clients avec toutes les informations sur la location, les sites touristiques, l'office du tourisme etc.

Just want to give you a brief feedback on the stay at the apartment 205. The location was perfectly situated, only problem was that the toilet was not working well and that it is very noisy (all restaurants around).

But all in all we enjoyed our stay in Rome very much J.

Bonjour, Cette appréciation assez négative provient du manque insonorisation par rapport au bruit occasionné par les personnes de l'extérieur. Le quartier fort sympathique est sujet au va-et-vient de gens voire des groupes qui se rendent aux restaurants ou aux bistros. Nous regrettons qu'il n'y est pas de double vitrage avec une menuiserie en bonne état. Une vitre est carrément en dehors du mastic qui laisse passer l'air donc le son. En conclusion pour ce problème de nuisance sonore, ce n'est pas normal qu'en location et à ce prix de trouver un tel manque de confort. Si cette offre vous intéresse, n'oubliez pas vos boules quiès. Sinon l'appartement est correct avec un service de qualité. Malheureusement cela ne suffit pas.

We'll ask the owner if he can get better insulation. The windows are already double glaze to the best of our memory, but could probably improve. Wir sind im Appartment ca. eine Woche im Juni 2010 geblieben und waren sehr damit zufrieden. Die Lage ist genial, die Umgebung sehr schön. Direkt nebenan befinden sich zwei Restaurants, die so schön aussehen, dass man vergisst, dass man sich mitten in Großstadt befindet. In der Nacht war es demensprechend sehr laut, aber wir waren davor vorgewarnt und nachdem wir Ohropax geholt haben, konnten wir uns gut ausschlafen. Weil die Wohnung im Untergeschoss liegt und nur kleine Fenster hat, war es drinnen angenehm kühl. Für einen wöchigen Aufenthalt stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auf jeden Fall. Sehr nett fanden wir auch Mitarbeiter von Roman Reference Paola Sperati und keyholder Enzo (der übrigens ein hervorragendes Deutsch spricht), die uns bei der Buchung und Einreise sehr geholfen haben. Die ersten Tage sind wir immer zu Fuß gegangen, was auf die Dauer in der Hitze sehr anstrengend war, und erst später haben wir erfahren, dass wenige Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt (ca. 5-7 Min. zu Fuß) zwei Buslinien gibt, eine, nicht weit von der Synagoge, Richtung Vatican, andere, gegenüber von Porta Portese, Linie 3, Richtung Colloseo. Auch der Stadtteil Trastevere ist sehenswert. Letztes Mal, als wir in Rom waren, blieben wir in einem Hotel nicht weit vom Bahnhof und hatten einen ganz anderen Eindruck von der Stadt als jetzt. Nachdem wir das Glück hatten in Trastevere gewohnt zu haben, verliebten wir uns in die ewige Stadt.

 ÐœÑ‹ были в Риме в июне 2010 г. Квартира нам понравилась, во-первых из-за отличного расположения, во-вторых из-за того, что там в жару прохладно. Прохлада достается, конечно, ценой маленьких окон, из-за чего в квартире довольно темно, но имеется достаточное колличество источников света. Соотношение цены и качества в самом деле разумное. По масштабам Рима квартира недорогая, потому что ее окна находятся прямо над рестораном, где до трех утра не смолкает музыка. Пока мы не купили беруши, высыпаться не очень получалось. Зато мы жили в районе Трастевере, который настолько красив и самобытен, что это искупило все неудобства и в корне изменило наше представление о Риме. Непосредственно рядом с домом находится красивейший ресторан, украшенный цветами и факелами, который позволяет забыть, что Ñ‚Ñ‹ находишься в центре большого города. Ð’ квартире хорошие кровати, есть все необходимое для приготовления еды (только вот духовка не работала), хотя мы через несколько дней утомительныз походов в супермаркеты решили, что все-таки проще и... дешевле питаться в ресторанчиках Трастевере. Недалеко от квартиры проходят автобусные линии, которые мы, к сожалению, слишком поздно обнаружили. Одна из них, номер 3, напротив Порта Портезе, ведет к Коллизею, другая, недалеко от синагоги, к Ватикану. Так что за один евро можно избежать утомительных походов по жаре и быстро оказаться у главных достопримечательностей города. Благодарны мы остались и сотрудникам Roman Reference Энцо и Пауле, которые нам очень помогли при бронировании и прибытии. Когда мы уезжали, то единственное, что нас огорчало, это то, что наше пребывание в Риме закончилось.

Très bonne situation. Bon rapport qualité-prix. La télévision ne fonctionne pas. Disjoncteur électrique sensible, peut-être est-ce lié à une prise à droite du lit (en ne l'utilisant plus, il n'y a plus eu de rupture de courant). Un lecteur DVD serait le bienvenu pour les pauses nécessaires entre les visites passionnantes mais exténuantes. Très agréable séjour avec deux enfants de 9 et 14 ans.

Wir haben uns in der schön ausgestatteten, liebevoll gepflegten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, die Abwicklung war perfekt, kulant und reibungslos, der Preis ist super, wir lieben Trastevere und haben unsere Besichtigungsprogramme fast alle zu Fu�Ÿ gemacht bei der wunderbaren Lage. Jederzeit wieder!

Apartment was in a great location for strolls through Itatian charming areas, but it was busy, noisy and really had no a/c...unit was inadequate...overall a good stay for a couple ...with no kids and wanting a charming area to stay in.

Exellent location in Roma, a bit noisy from restaurant, this place could really need a proper air condition, bathroom had a damp smell but otherwise was all ok - I would come again - but not in August without AC... =)

L'appartement très bien situé, quartier animé et pratique avec les bus ou à pieds. Un peu bruyant le weekend mais reste supportable. L'accueil simple et efficace.
Nous sommes avec deux enfants et nous avons adoré notre séjour à Rome. A refaire avec plaisir.

Il serait appréciable d'équiper la cuisine d'une bouilloire pour l'eau chaude et une micro-onde.

This was the first of two Roman Reference apts we have stayed in. The apt is large enough and very convenient. We loved being in the heart of Trastevere as well as being conveniently located for all of Rome.
