This apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of Rome, just seconds away from the Fountain of Trevi, and a few minute walk away from the Spanish steps. There are convenient bus stops only one block from the apartment, and fine dining are everywhere, including a fantastic Italian restaurant in the same building (i.e., just down stairs) and a great gelato parlor across the street.

My rating is actually 4.5 as the shower didn't drain very well. However, that was the only problem we had during our one week stay. Otherwise, this was a perfect place to stay with my wife, our 7-year old boy, and his grand mother.  would definitely revisit and stay in this apartment for my next visit to Rome.

Apartment was pretty, centrally located for sightseeing. Close to grocery store, metro, bus stop, taxi stand. Many restaurants nearby and shopping. Centrally located to walk to many sites and transportation system very close to visit tourist sites too far to walk. I couldn't get the wireless wifi to work but I still could still use the internet by plugging my computer in with ethernet cord. Modem probably needed resetting.Paolo was a great help. My daughter and I hd a great stay and a wonderful time in Rome

Fantastic apartment - perfect for our family of 4.  Situated in a great location, walking distance to many of the main sights.  A great base for our week in Rome!

Elektrische und sanitäre Einrichtungen entsprechen leider dem italienischen Standard. Deren Nutzung ist rätselhaft und aleatorisch. Alles andere ist hervorragend. Die Lage ist einmalig. Ich würde wieder dahin gehen.

Great location. For a family the shower and pot privacy is not great since they are together. So getting ready is a sequential event in the morning particularly if you have young tired children! Apartment does not have a microwave!!! Walking distance from all attractions of Rome!

Very nice apartment, great location. Very friendly owner. We missed a proper window in one of the bedrooms, but otherwise we were very satified and definetly plan on coming back!

A great apartment close to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, transport, bus tours, restaurants, supermarkets and shops.  There is excellent security to the building.  The locals in the area are friendly.   There just needs to be a little more instruction in English on how things work and spare light bulbs to replace those that have blown. It is vry comfortable and I would recommend it for an apartment stay in Rome.  It is a little dearer that those further out of the city centre but that is to be expected.  Overall we would definitely stay there again.

My friends and I loved this apartment!  Lovely area, central location, friendly store owners etc. We were three womean traveling alone, and felt sae at all times.  Fun to have the sound of the accordian music from the street floating thur our windows at night.   Beds very comfortable, lots of room.  Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, glassware etc.  I would not hesitate to return to this apartment on my next stay.  One piece of advise....make sure you are very clear on your arrvial time, and have a contact that speaks your language.  once we arrived, we were told we had to wait 2 hrs for the key holder to arrive.  Good news is we spent it in a lovely cafe just below the apt...Rome is a wonderful city!

Twin mattresses were hard.

Absolutely wonderful apartment. Heaps of room in one of the best central locations in Rome. Only 100m from Trevi Fountain and within walking distance of just about everything with endless number of great restraunts within 2 minutes walk. Decor and facilities were excellent (despite a few teething problems with the washing machine and no english channels on TV), security was excellent, enourmous space to spread out and a great sanctuary to come back to during the middle of day if you wanted to escape the crowds. We will happliy stay again.

The apartment was very nice and clean, had everything you would want from a vacation rental, and the location is wonderful! However, the place is extremely noisy! It's not the noise from the street, it's from inside the building. There must have been renovations going on in one of the surrounding apartments b/c every day starting at about 6am all we heard was doors slamming repeatedly, drills, things being thrown around, people constantly walking up and down the stairs, the gate slamming, we could even hear people simply talking as they walked by b/c the place is so poorly insulated. Two days before we were leaving, the hot water heater broke. We had to call the phone number for the office of this website since the apartment owner didn't speak english and were kinda given a lecture about how the line was "for emergencies only" although we didn't know what else to do. They said they would get in contact with the owner but she never showed-up and we never heard back from them to tell us if they got ahold of her or not.. So for the last two days we had to either take icy cold showers or heart up water on the stove. If you are coming to Rome for a relaxing vacation and want to sleep-in I would not recommend this apartment due to the ridiculous amount of noise! Some people however, might enjoy the wake-up call so they can get up and start exploring the city early. I guess it all depends on what you're looking for.

We love this apartment. Nicely furnished, well equipped and comfortable. Best is the location. So convenient that you can almost walk to any historical sites and yet the bus stations are practically right at your door step. Supermarket is near too. Only thing is one of the bedroom does not have window per se; just a tiny stain glass that opens to stairway, Feel pretty close in. Also the kitchen is small but compact. If you are not planning on cooking big meals, it serves the purpose, All in all, it is a great place.

The apartment was great and very comfortable -- it certainly felt like home even though we were only there for a week. It was a short 5 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, 5 minute walk to a supermarket, 10 minute walk to the Spanish Steps, and a 10 minute walk to the Metro. The location could not have been any better!

Appartement bien agencé et chaleureux, où l’on y rentre avec plaisir après une journée de visites . Idéalement situé pour visiter, se promener et même faire les magasins ! Très bons restaurants et glacier juste en face. Seul défaut :le lit double est un peu étroit pour 2 personnes .
Nous le conseillerons vivement autour de nous !

Even cuter than pictured on the web. Loved having the extra room and ability to prepare food if needed. Centrally located to walk everywhere. We had several meals across the street, they were warm and friendly and the food was simple but delicious.
We rate the apartment 4 stars, our only complaint was the one bedroom was a little noisy.

We loved the apartment , it was comfortable and clean and the owners were kind enough to provide us with so many essentials. It was like staying at a friend’s place.
