APARTMENT ROME- VENETO- Via Raffaele Cadorna-#162Delightful apartment set in one of in elegant neighborhood, 3 minutes walk from Via Veneto, the very famous street of Fellini's "La Dolce Vita", 2 minutes walk from Villa Borghese, the most famous park in Rome.Close from shops and restaurants.
95m2 apartment set on the 4th floor with elevator is composed of :
ENTRANCE
With mirror, cupboard, small sofa ;
LIVING ROOM
With double sofa bed, cupboards, TV bookshelf, antique table & chair, firdge and freezer, window;
KITCHEN
Fully equiped with gas stove, electric oven, washing machine, ventilation system, shelves, cupboard and utensils;
2 BEDROOM
#1- With double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, armchair, door window leading to balcony;
#2- with single bed, 2 single beds ( bunk beds), wardrobe, desk and chair, window facing inner courtyard;

with shower, sink, bidet, wc, ventilation system;

Appartamento pulito ed accogliente, proprietario gentile ed
estremamente disponibile in zona tranquilla e per niente caotica
rispetto a quanto sembrava da alcune segnalazioni di utenti stranieri. Noi
eravamo una coppia con 3 bambini e l'appartamento si è adattato
perfettamente alle nostre esigenze che erano poi quelle di chi visita
roma per 3/4 giorni: un posto confortevole e pulito dove passare la
notte. Da consigliare anche agli italiani dato che eravamo i primi
italiani (dopo 1 anno e mezzo) a utilizzare l'appartamento
estremamente disponibile in zona tranquilla e per niente caotica
rispetto a quanto sembrava da alcune segnalazioni di utenti stranieri. Noi
eravamo una coppia con 3 bambini e l'appartamento si è adattato
perfettamente alle nostre esigenze che erano poi quelle di chi visita
roma per 3/4 giorni: un posto confortevole e pulito dove passare la

very satisfied!! We had a very smooth stay in this apartment. owner was very professional and organized. the place was sparkling clean. loved the space, the colors of their furniture and beddings! it would be really more ideal if they could provide bigger fans for the two rooms. all in all, we were very happy to find this place. highly recommended. ideal for families with kids. tip: there's a tabacchi around the corner which sells almost all essentials, including bus tickets. (bus stop is nearby). Owners are very friendly and helpful with directions! they were like our own tour guides.

Everything was perfect This is a very beautiful and neat apartment near Termini Station. The apartment was beautifully decorated, everything looks pretty (especially the bath towel). We were a family of six with two toddlers, and we had a very pleasant stay here. The owner Barbara was very nice and helpful, she provide us with almost every information needed to make our stay more comfortable. The apartment is located in a friendly and quiet neighborhood, but still in a walking distance to almost all the main tourist attraction. It was very easy to go to the Colosseo, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna and Capuchin Crypt by foot. And you can do it all in one day! 
There were also several eateries nearby (via Piave) which serves delicious Italian food (of course). And it was also easy to find a taxi (near Corso D'Italia) to get you to the airport or the main terminal station if you were too lazy to walk there.

Gute Lage, da über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut angebunden, viele Ziel per Fuß erreichbar. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Sehr ruhig, da zu Innenhof gelegen, daher aber auch ein wenig dunkel. Ungewöhnlicher zuschnitt mit viel Verkehrsfläche, aber modern und neu sowie praktisch eingerichtet. Vermietrerin ist sehr bemüht und hilfreich. Sptonsattempsehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

We were 4 people who spent 3 days at the end of September in Cadorna Apartment in Rome. The apartment is in the center, close to Termini station with comfortable public transport to the popular tourist destinations. It is also very clean and in a quiet place and was equipped with everything needed. Our landlord was kind enough to leave us a tourist map of Rome and showed us all the markets and restaurants around. This made our vacation in Rome very calm and pleasant.
