APARTMENT ROME-PANTHEON - VIA PIE DI MARMO- #159Quiet apartment 2 blocks from the Pantheon.
60sq.mts set on the first floor and consists of:
LIVING ROOM
comfortable living room with sofa, tv, dvd player, satellite, 2 chairs and ergonomic chaise lounge with windows facing the inner courtyard.
DINING AREA
with dining table for 4 people.
PULLMAN KITCHEN
equipped with all basics with gas stove, sink, refrigerator and freezer.
BEDROOM
with double bed, closet with book-shelves and window facing inner courtyard.
BATHROOM
Standard bathroom with bathtub and shower fitting.
Independent heating, phone, tv, satellite, no elevator (20 steps). bins for waste separation are at your disposal.

L'appartement correspond tout a fait a la description : idealement situe, spacieux, bien equipe, tres calme et un peu sombre car au 1er etage et donnant dans une cour. Nous avons passe un sejour charmant et reposant avec notre petite fille de 2 ans.
Le service et l accueil de Roman Reference sont toujours tres pro, mis a part un leger probleme de communication entre les differents intervenants de l agence sur l organisation de notre check-out. Ceci nous a donne la chance de connaitre un Enzo quelque peu ennerve a notre egard. Neanmoins nous ne lui en tenons pas rigueur car c etait dans le sens de la qualite de service, pour assurer de bonnes conditions d accueil a ceux qui nous succedaient dans l'appartement.

Excellent central location; roomy; comfortable; very quiet.
TV did not work OWNER'S REPLY: WE BOUGHT A NEW TELEVISION; could be better lit for reading purposes; we appreciated the large closet with many hangers; very helpful man gave us an introduction to the apartment.

Perfect for two people ... the only improvements would be a little more light. It was perfect for us since we didn't cook much - but it might be a little difficult for those planning to cook a lot, since the kitchen is quite small. But it was clean, comfortable, and couldn't have a better location - I'd rent it again!

This apartment was exactly as it was advertised. The location was fantastic, just a stones thrown from the Pantheon. It was very east to get the keys and we were given all of the instructions that we needed upon arrival. It was perfect for our stay. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an apartment with the listed amenities. Again, it was exactly as advertised, no bad surprises.

Loved the location!!Apartment was dark. Seemed expensive for apartment. Bed was very comfortable. Staff very nice and helpful!! Think about moving fan into bedroom's. Kitchen dishes (cabinet) closer to kitchen. Need a clock that works. Thank you!!

Location, Location, Location
Perfect location in the heart of Rome. The apartment is a little tired, they called it "antique", for the rental price for 2 people...Could easily sleep more. The Roman Reference people were wonderful. Would use Roman Reference again. Ciao!

Very nice flat, very calm, nice decoration, confortable bed. Perfect location, good supermarket very close, internet shop to print boarding pass around the corner, taxis around the corner. The shower should be revised because the hot water goes out very slowly while it works very well elsewhere.

We loved this apartment's location, right around the corner from the Pantheon. It is spacious and airy, and despite being in the middle of a busy, noisy city, it was quiet and we slept well. The furniture is a little student-y but functional, and the lighting a little dim, but these are minor complaints. We cooked a fair bit and found the kitchen to be adequately equipped. We'd definitely stay here again.

TV only had 2 english channels that worked out of 600, having a catch for the shower head would make showering a lot of easier.

Excellent location. Very warm. Very quiet. Nice to have a CD-Player. Where is the DVD-Player - it says there is one. The staff is fantastic. Roman Reference are so helpful and friendly. Thank you.
The cooker was dirty with a lot of fat around the grille. We had to clean it. The kitchen area needs painting. The owner needs to buy some new cups for dinning and also 4 nice big wine glasses so guestscan enjoy wine. Also Americans and British people like toast for breakfast so a toaster would be nice too. Gracie. Fran&Andy

Wonderful. We were very pleased by everything (except the washing machine, that was not a big deal). Apartment was very pleasantly equipped - all the things we needed to eat lunch and breakfast and very nice to look at.
Two weeks in a small hotel room would have been too much - the apartment made our stay much more pleasent and relaxing.

We would just like to thank you for being so friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time in Rome - but four days is not long enough... We will definitely returned soon. The apartment is so great - we will recommend it to friends and family in Ireland. We ate great food and drank great wine - we will be on diets when we get back home! Arrivederci
