We very much enjoyed the good treatment we had from Cities Reference, including helpful Vemmy Enzo, and the excellent apartment 151. It was in a wonderful location with terrific access to the huge Villa Borghese park, one of the nicest in the world (and we live across from Central Park); the apartment was very quiet and restful, well supplied and with a fine radio tv hi fi set up. The building is beautifully maintained; the owner very concerned with our needs. There is good shopping in two nearby supermercati, the second underground going to Spanish steps. Both are good. Also you are quite near an underground station, which much of attractive Rome is not. Restaurants can be too expensive so watch out, esp. on the Veneto; but there are some friendly ones around the corner and a fine pizza take out and fine caffe across the street. Cash advance two blocks up Veneto on the left; 250 E maximum. Altogether attractive; of course not inexpensive.

Great location, just a block and a bit from the Via Veneto. Beautiful part of town to stay in. Very quiet. Very spacious with all amenities. The two full bathrooms helped since we were 5, though the shower stall in the larger bathroom was a bit small. There is NO telephone even though the key holder said there was, we asked the landlord of the building and he said it hadn’t worked for a long time, Internet works but there is NO Wi-Fi, it only works by plugging a cable into your laptop.

Via Ludovisi = très bien localisé pour les visites de Rome.
Dans la cuisine = pas de place, pas de lave vaisselle, pas de louche, pas de cuillère spéciale spagetti, pas de Gros Bol pour petit dejeuner, que 2 verres à pied dont un cassé, pas de place pour faire un "gare-manger". que 2 tasse à tisane (ou thé).
Dans le salon , la télé ne marche pas.

This is a nice spacious place in a great location, but we thought it was kind of tired and a little dirty. The sofa slipcovers were dirty and we found bugs in the sofabed. Some of the "clean towels" were dirty, although there were more towels available. Some of the electrical outlets in the bedrooms were broken. The second bed in the back bedroom is a slide out trundle bed and suitable only for kids.

We all thought it was a really nice apartment in need of a good cleaning, a few repairs and some sprucing up.

Good location. Clean. Poor lighting especially kitchen. The owners need to carry out a maintenance check. Some personal touches would improve the flat. Very professional and helpful service from Maria!Thank you.

Getting around was great. English tv station would be nice. Outlets didn't work in some rooms, brighter kitchen light, beds too hard. Enzo was very helpful and explained how everything works.
Location was great. Had no problems while in apartment as it was comfortable and clean. Was able to cook for 4 people several nights and was nice to just relax and enjoy some food+wine. Great local restaurants close to apartment + grocery store was great to shop in. All together we all had fun.

Very nice apartment, excellent location, very satisfactory. We were very pleased with your booking agent (Raffaella). Enzo also good, but we had to wait one hour because we could not reach him by phone from airport (no answer).
