Lovely apartment in Trastevere, the the border the the Janiculum hills, close by the church San Pietro in Montorio, and Transports
50sq.mts., quiet apartment + 22sq.mts terrace set on the ground floor.It consists of:
LIVING ROOM
With Sofa, armchair, bookshelves, cable TV Sky, CD&DVD player, table and chairs, cupboards, AC, window leading to the terrace;
KITCHEN
With gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, cupboards, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, window on garden;

Fantastic place in Trastevere. 5 minutes to public transport stops though the metro is rather distant. Definately for physically fit people cause an appartment is in a hill where a quite tall stair leads.
A flat is not quite spacious though very cosy, interestingly decorated.
Lovely terrace hidden by the greeny plants - a nice place to have your morning coffee.
Fantastic landlady - gives an introduction to the place and the surroundings and some tips behind the beaten tracks.
weak points - slow internet connection if it is in order.

El departamento esta ubicado en una zona tranquila, con mucho verde y a pocas cuadras de la zona comercial de Trastevere. Es muy comodo y agradable,cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadia confortable.

This apartment was just perfect. It is within walking distance of so much, from the fruit and vegetable market 5 minutes away, t small neighborhood shops, to the Tiber, to the Villa Doria Pamphili, to the Vatican. It is just removed enough from tourist activity to offer silence and repose but near enough to make it easy to take advantage of all Rome offers. The apartment is immaculate and full of beautiful things, not to mention a lot of grear books. The owner is welcoming, warm, and ready to go out of her way to assist her guests. I will definitely return here on my next visit to Rome!

We spent two wonderful weeks in this delightful flat. It is in the heart of Trastevere with any number of restaurants, shops, sights, museums, bus lines, and within walking distance of most of the great attractions of Rome.

The flat is well-organized and a lovely place to hang out in Trastevere, a nice size for two people. Wireless, washing machine, flower-enclosed patio, TV, all as advertised. Its quiet, close to an open-air market and grocery stores and of course great eating places. For exercise (if you don't get enough from sightseeing), Villa Doria Pamphili is a 5-minute walk away. Bus lines and the tram are also about 5 minutes away. The owner, Floria, is friendly and very helpful with suggesting interesting places in Rome.

We stayed in this appartement for nearly two months. If you want to be living like real Romans this is the place to stay: right in the middle of the Trastevere, at the foot of the Janicolo, it is close on foot to a lot of parks, museums, restaurants, arty shops and one of th most lively area of Rome, the Trastevere. The appartment is very quiet, set in the middle of different couryards, surounded by flowers and trees. It has all the confort of modern life and is very well decorated by an owner, Floria who has been an excellent hostess and has helped us in discovering different parts of Rome. If we go back again, it would only be there.
