With gas stove, electric oven, fridge and freezer, The breakfast is prepared autonomously at anytime by guests, breakfast is not served,

Independent heating, washing machine, TV, Internet.

Our B&B is located close to the subway station Cornelia that will lead you in only 5 minutes to the Vatican City and in 10 minutes to Spanish Steps, 15 minutes to Termini station and in few minutes to all the historical centre. 


How to reach our B&B:

From Fiumicino airport: please visit web sites:
1 - Trenitalia.it: see Leonardo Express Train timetable;
2 - Cotral.it: daily departures from Apt Fiumicino to Cornelia subway station starting from 5,55 a.m. till 8,00 p.m. - viceversa starting from 6,25 a.m. till 9,30 p.m.;

From Ciampino Airport: please visit Cotral and Terravision bus company web sites.

The apartment is gorgeous, so large and furnished with great care. The rooms are spacious and are immaculately maintained. 
It's composed by a rose double room, a blue double room and a green triple room, tv color, carpets, kitchen with one more table and chairs totally equipped. Selected rooms are furnished with a dining table Also where guests can eat breakfast in the privacy of Their Own rooms.
You can book a single bed room, a double, a triple or all the apartment

Cornelia subway(A line - to downtown) stop just few steps from home.
Busses stop is in front of the building and lines goes to downtown and Civitavecchia haven,and Cerveteri to the Estruscan Tombs tourist site too.

NEIGHBOURHOOD 
You'll be kindly asked to keep a good neighbourhood behaviour.

BREAKFAST Kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, tea boiler, toastmachine, oragne squeezer etc.
Guests can prepare autonomously their breakfast anytime, although breakfast is not served, you will find anything you need in the kitchen to prepare yourself a nice breakfast, such as biscuits, milk, juices, etc. so guests can wake up at whatever time desired.

FAMILIES, CHILDREN AND BABIES: Please let us know on your arrival if you need diapers and special baby food

COMMON SPACE The common spaces include the bathroom and kitchen are shared with other guests of the B&B. Bathroom is shared, and has shower, hair drier, shampoo, and soap and bath foam included.
In respect of all the guests 
Please clean the kitchen after use, and not be disturbed by excessive noise after midnight

CLEANING AND LAUNDRY 
 Both bathroom and kitchen are cleaned every day. Rooms will be cleaned before your arrival and you will find clean bed sheets and towels. If you will stay for a long period the flat will be cleaned 1 time every three days.
CLEANING TIME Starting from 11,00 am to 1,00 pm

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check in and check out between 9,00 am and 8,00 pm. Please let us know around what time do you think 
you will be at the B&B.
