Nette kleine Wohnung in günstiger Lage. Für römische Verhältnisse relativ ruhig. Bedarf aber einer Grundreinigung und einiger Reparaturen ( Sessel, Lampen u.a.).

When we arrived in Rome, we were told that the apartment we booked was unavailable because of water issues. The owner had another apartment for us. We were happy to make the change. However, this new apartment had a washer/dryer that didn't work (it kicked the breaker every time we tried to use it), and the air conditioner failed to cool the room. In fact, it was always significantly cooler and less humid outdoors than it was in our apartment. The lack of air conditioning wouldn't have been a significant issue had there been enough windows to make a difference.

The owner was very nice and offered helpful information on the area, and we loved Trastevere. However, we were ultimately disappointed in the apartment.

appartement meublé avec gout, trés agréable dans une résidence protégée avec une superbe cour commune, situé hors des quartiers touristiques et bien entouré de commerces alimentaires de qualité, seul manque :un wc indépendant de la sdb (trés grande).

Notre séjour à Rome dans l'appartement, c'est merveilleusement passé.
Un superbe logement, meublé avec gout.
