About Rome
Rome is one of the most visited cities of the world yet the number of its hotels is not up to the task. As a result the price of a hotel room in Rome is higher than in Paris. See Our Blog on Paris & Rome Hotel Price Index. The matter came up with urgency right before the Jubilee in 2000, which was supposed to bring over the Eternal City millions of tourists. As soon as the law was passed we started this website creating what was then the first Holiday Rental Portal in Rome. The purpose was and still is to create an affordable alternative to hotels in Rome. In many ways we have succeeded. The listings are many in number (over 300 at the moment) and affordable in price (ca 70% cheaper per sqmt compared to three star hotels in the same areas).
As of now we've created a software which easily allows you to navigate through our apartments on offer.
