We went in 4, but it is comfortable also for 5 people.
it's very close to the must important city attractions.
Nice garden in the square, in front of the flat.
the best comfort in tha flat is: air condiotioner :)
italiani (dopo 1 anno e mezzo) a utilizzare l'appartamento
There's plenty of bars and restuarants in the area if you don't feel like cooking and there is also 2 supermarkets in walking distance.
Would recommend the appartment to anyone.
thankful to Filippo, the owner of the apartment. He provided us with
all the necessary details for our happy staying: nearest supermarkets,
restaurants, pizza and so on. He also ordered taxi for our departure.
Thank you, Filippo! The apart is spacy, well eguipped and has a cozy
balcony. It's conveniently located in a safe area and it's 10-15
minutes walk to Colosseo and 2 minutes walk to the nearest metro
station Vittorio Emanuele. It took us minutes to get to any place of
interest in Rome. It's also nice just to walk from the apartment to
downtown, it takes time but it's worth it. We are missing Rome and our
home in Rome!
The apartment is intimate cozy and luxurious with a hige bedroom with silk brocades sofas, super comfy bed and egyptian linen sheets.
There is also a smaller room with an extra bedroom and all the facilities to have a coffee or tea. Last but not least, an amazing marble bathroom with all the comforts. Top quality products, excellent bathrobes and delicious china made our stay in this apartment just unique...
a lovely weekend in Rome..
Very nice and comfortable apartment, central and quite, excellent location to vist Rome. The Colosseum, Fori imperiali and Piazza Venezia are on walking distance, while the other locations are very well connected with metro and busses. With my family enjoyed a beautiful stay in Rome. Even in winter the terrace offers wonderfull view and the sunset is fantastic. To came again!

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need (except for a sharp knife..) and with windows and shutters that block the outdoor sound and light (if the noise and light from the Piazza bothers you). The bed is queen size, and very comfortable. There is also a fire place, but we didn't try it. The kitchen is small but fully functional.
A few small tips.
- Don't confuse Via di ARCO di San Calisto with Via di San Calisto. The two are nearby and it's easy to confuse the two.
- From the airport, take the train to Trastevere, and then get the #8 tram to Sonnino, which is one stop before the river. Then walk west on via della Lungaretta (the train is going north, so west would be to your left) till you hit San Calisto. Then turn left.
Overall this is a perfect spot for a couple, at a reasonable price. Cheaper and far nicer than a hotel. We both were happy and recommend it to others.
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, bardzo dobre warunki w apartamencie.
Everything is really tue and when entering you introduce in the ROMA epoh but fully and comfortably designed. You've found everything to live. Warm helpful owners make all the positive recomendations about around.
easy to reach from Fumicino (40-50 euro), 3 minutes walk to St Giovanni in Laterano, 5 minutes to Colosseo, 10 minutes to M Colosseo with bag.
The apartment is surrounded by many excellent restruarants, cafes, and has a handy supermarket nearby.
The owner was very helpful, allowing us to have late checkout, as no one was expected in the apartment until next morning. The arrival and checkout went smoothly and on time.
The only negative thing about the position of the apartment is that it is very dark during the day as it gets no natural light, but this can also be an advantage as it is very cool when the temperature is hot outside.
We would definately stay there again.
Bonne isolation sonore nécessaire car rue bruyante.
It's in a great location near excellant places to eat.
Just an idea a file... with information about the local resturants, how the metro and bus system works and how to dispose of rubbish and bottles would have been useful.
It is well equipped, also with everything you need in a kitchen if you want to cook yourself.
The terrace on the roof (which you do not share with anybody) with sun in the late afternoon completes the impression of a perfect holiday flat.
It gave us a splendid week in the heart of Rome!
Good location, close to termini and metro station. Easy to walk to city centre in 15 - 20 minutes.
Vito is very polite and helpfull and smily.
We recomment the apartment.
Küche ausreichend, alles was man braucht ist da.
The roof terrace is perfect for evening relaxation. Stairs to the top of a very narrow.
The room is small, but to stop for one week - is sufficient.
phrase.vacation_rentals_in Rome, ItalyRome is one of the most visited cities of the world yet the number of its hotels is not up to the task. As a result the price of a hotel room in Rome is higher than in Paris. See Our Blog on Paris & Rome Hotel Price Index. The matter came up with urgency right before the Jubilee in 2000, which was supposed to bring over the Eternal City millions of tourists. In 1998 a Law was passed legalizing vacation rentals in Rome, today, with the crisis spreading also to the tourist sector the Mairie of Rome is taking important steps back, see Our Blog on Rome Hotel Lobby vs Rome Vacation Rental Industry.
As soon as the law was passed we started this website creating what was then the first Holiday Rental Portal in Rome. The purpose was and still is to create an affordable alternative to hotels in Rome. In many ways we have succeeded. The listings are many in number (over 300 at the moment) and affordable in price (ca 70% cheaper per sqmt compared to three star hotels in the same areas).
As of now we've created a software which easily allows you to navigate through our apartments on offer. More than Florence, more than Venice, more than Milan, Rome is Italy's historic & cultural center, packed with architectural wonders and artistic masterpieces from more than two thousand years ago. It is like nothing so much as an open-air museum, that is still vibrant and alive today. Our Rome accommodation is conveniently located in the heart of it all.
It is comprised of the neighborhoods where Julius Caesar conducted business at the Imperial Forum, where Michelangelo painted the ceiling in the Sistine Chapel, and where Fellini filmed La Dolce Vita.
