Nice apartment located in San Lorenzo in a building of the 20's with large entrance courtyard / garden, 10mins walk from Termini station and 10 minutes from the university. Overlooking the courtyard / garden it guarantees maximum natural ventilation and silence. The light and views of the Aurelian Walls, Porta Tiburtina and the city skyline is a nice compensation for the lack of elevator in the building.

This was the first experience we had with Roman Reference and would do it again any time. The contact to both the agency and the apartment owner was excellent, very friendly, fast and helpful.
We were very happy with the apartment. It is conveniently located in a young and very liveable area, with a bus stop into the city right outside the front door. The place is a 10 minutes´ walk from Termini train station and all public transport into Rome and the rest of the country. The apartment is basic but beautiful, the rooms are big enough and in particular the living room with its open kitchen will tempt you to spend an extra hour "at home" before setting off to explore the city. You will get some exercise from climbing all the stairs up to the 5th floor of an old building, especially carrying your suitcase, but you wil be rewarded with a sunny place and a nice view over the roofs of Rome. The apartment is clean and spaceous and could easily accommodate a family.
We recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a better alternative to the usual hotel routine and are looking forward to coming back.

This appartrement is very comfortable. It is large with 3 double beds, one in the living room, one in a closed beroom, and one in a quiet corner. The kitchen is well equiped with everything you need, and very practical. The flat is very quiet. the area is nice too, with some food stores and restaurants not too far.
