Small as a coffin; but well cared for. The back balcony helped expand the space. But most importantly, location, location. Living just off Piazza del Popolo was shear magic.

We enjoyed our stay. The description of the apartment was accurate.
You were professional. This was very nice. The apartment was clean when we started our stay. I think it is very good that you do a good job of cleaning after each tenant.
We didn't ask for an additional blanket but needed one. The next tenants that stay in the apartment will probably appreciate an extra blanket.

Excellent location. The apartment is as small as advertised, but adequate. The key retrieval process worked as advertised; nothing was misrepresented.

Perfect location. A bit on the tiny side but well-equipped. Very quiet. The small terazza expanded the space and was used for all meals etc. Our keyholder was very personable and introduced us to the unit and the immediate neighborhood.

The location is very convenient to metro and all areas of interest.
We had a wonderfull time excellent location - very clean apartment. We appreciate all of the convenience - coffee, iron, hair dryer and so on.

El apartamento es pequeño pero muy bién situado, limpio y acogedor. A tener en cuenta la altura del techo en el baño cocina (1,80), pues alguien mas alto tiene que ir encorvado, aunque en la ducha está bien resuelto con una banqueta para sentarse. El balcón está bien pero solo lo usamos para desayunar y muy pronto por la mañana, ya que dá a un patio interior agradable pero con la salida de los aires acondicionados que hacen ruido así que durante el dia el ruido no es muy motivador. Eso sí las ventanas aislan bien el ruido y el aire acondicionado fiunciona muy bien.

Die Lage des Appartments ist perfekt. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut zu Fuss erreichen. Das Appartment selber ist sehr klein und die Raumhöhe im Bereich Toilette, Bad, Küche dürfte kaum 180 cm betragen! Als sehr angenehm ist der kleine Balkon zu bezeichnen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Gracie

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in Rom. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Wetter war ja auch ideal. Die Wohnung ist winzig, aber sauber und insgesamt ok zu diesem Preis. Wir werden diese Wohnung und romanreference gerne an Verwandte, Freunde und Kollegen weiter empfehlen. Auf eurem Fragebogen habe ich einige kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge gemacht.

We were positively surprised of the little things that were in the appartment (like umbrellas or adapter) and loved the perfect location. A second tea towel would be great... The staff is very friendly.
