This apartment was exactly as it was advertised. The location was fantastic, just a stones thrown from the Pantheon. It was very east to get the keys and we were given all of the instructions that we needed upon arrival. It was perfect for our stay. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an apartment with the listed amenities. Again, it was exactly as advertised, no bad surprises.

No shower is a little hard on older people.

Location, Location, Location
Perfect location in the heart of Rome. The apartment is a little tired, they called it "antique", for the rental price for 2 people...Could easily sleep more. The Roman Reference people were wonderful. Would use Roman Reference again. Ciao!

Loved the location!!Apartment was dark. Seemed expensive for apartment. Bed was very comfortable. Staff very nice and helpful!! Think about moving fan into bedroom's. Kitchen dishes (cabinet) closer to kitchen. Need a clock that works. Thank you!!

enzo was great. he was very nice and explained everything to us. we would stay here again if we come back to rome.

TV only had 2 english channels that worked out of 600, having a catch for the shower head would make showering a lot of easier.

TV did not work OWNER'S REPLY: WE BOUGHT A NEW TELEVISION; could be better lit for reading purposes; we appreciated the large closet with many hangers; very helpful man gave us an introduction to the apartment.

Wonderful. We were very pleased by everything (except the washing machine, that was not a big deal). Apartment was very pleasantly equipped - all the things we needed to eat lunch and breakfast and very nice to look at.
Two weeks in a small hotel room would have been too much - the apartment made our stay much more pleasent and relaxing.

The apartment was fantastic and we had wonderful time. Thanks--I hope we can do business again some time!

Ideal central location. Would hve liked a little better lighting for reading (one lamp not working). We had a superb stay. Thank you.

Location excellent, apartment very nice, heating and hot water excellent, artwork nice. Overall very satisfied. Would be willing to give good references to others, great grocery nearby plus fantastic restaurant.

We would just like to thank you for being so friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time in Rome - but four days is not long enough... We will definitely returned soon. The apartment is so great - we will recommend it to friends and family in Ireland. We ate great food and drank great wine - we will be on diets when we get back home! Arrivederci

It's very well situated, in a very nice area and quiet. We felt very well.

Excellent location. Very warm. Very quiet. Nice to have a CD-Player. Where is the DVD-Player - it says there is one. The staff is fantastic. Roman Reference are so helpful and friendly. Thank you.
The cooker was dirty with a lot of fat around the grille. We had to clean it. The kitchen area needs painting. The owner needs to buy some new cups for dinning and also 4 nice big wine glasses so guestscan enjoy wine. Also Americans and British people like toast for breakfast so a toaster would be nice too. Bon appartement très bien situé

Very nice flat, very calm, nice decoration, confortable bed. Perfect location, good supermarket very close, internet shop to print boarding pass around the corner, taxis around the corner. The shower should be revised because the hot water goes out very slowly while it works very well elsewhere.

Radio ne fonctionne pas. Les plus de l'appartement: sa situation, son calme.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, Lage ausgezeichnet, Einrichtung originell, Wohnung etwas dunkel, Duschen schwierig wegen wenig Druck bei Heißwasser.

Good location, pleasant apartment, clean. Very correct and ponctual service.

We loved this apartment's location, right around the corner from the Pantheon. It is spacious and airy, and despite being in the middle of a busy, noisy city, it was quiet and we slept well. The furniture is a little student-y but functional, and the lighting a little dim, but these are minor complaints. We cooked a fair bit and found the kitchen to be adequately equipped. We'd definitely stay here again.
