Location is great, beds are very comfortable, well equipped, clean and spacious. 1 light was burnt out and we could not figure out how to work the TV. Finally we did. But instructions for TV are necessary.

Thank you very much for our flat. It was perfect for us, the ideal location for walking all over Rome, as well as for finding a good place to eat in the eveninng when we came back exhausted. The flat itself is right, with enough space and everything in good working order. We can't wait to come back.

We were extremely happy with this apartment !. The location of the apartment was ideal i.e very, very central, and the apartment itself was spacious and very well maintained. For 2 couples sharing, this apartment was extremely good value for money and I would highly recomend it. There are a few flights of stairs to climb to get to the apartment so it may not suit everyone, but for those fit enough, the climb helps work up an apetite for the cities wonderful food, superb vino and of course absolutely delicious gellato.

Pros: Great location, washing machine, dishwasher.

Cons: One bathroom not working. Needed a better cleaning and if you plan to stay there, i would bring some dirty clothes to clean the place with bleach first. Airconditioning worked but was not as comfortable as a north american would expect. Leaking water heater.
