The amount of space was very nice - the terrace and clothes washing machine was wonderful to have.

The Bathroom (floor, toilet, tub, shower, sink area) were filthy and covered in mold and mildew. This standard would not apeal to most people. IT was very upsetting.

The landlord never appeared to show us how things worked, even when we requested that she come. Many of the electric outlets didn't work, and half of the lights didn't work. We didn't know where to take our trash. Nor were there any trash containers.

For someone staying longer, cable TV would have been nice to have for international travellers. The TV lost "color" after 20 minutes of watching.

Great location, close to the center of Rome. Clean and almost ready for us. I would have liked to have toilet paper in the apartment when we arrived since we didn't know where any stores were at right when we got there. Also, there was a problem with the electricity and we had to keep going downstairs to turn on the main switch at least 3 times a day for some reason. That was really annoying. Other than those two little problems we enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable, clean, and safe. I recommend this apartment to all.

Mieszkanie położone w dobrym punkcie wypadowy, blisko zabytków, sklepów i przystanków komunikacji miejskiej. Dogodny dojazd do każdej cześci Rzymu. Dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie w całkowity sprzęt AGD jednakże ściany i łóżka zniszczone. Mimo wszystko polecam wszystkim osobom mało wymagającym. Cena adekwatna do standardu.

The apartment was fine essentially. We were met by the owner who took payment and left her details in case any problems. The apartment was a little faded round the edges and quirkily designed. Reasonably clean rather than spotless. There wasn't a huge amount of hot water and the shower was quite old but it was manageable. Twice in the week the light fuses blew (normally when using a few plugs at once), but it wasn't a big hassle to walk down a few stairs and pop the switch again. A ten minute walk from trastevere, so could have been a little more central but again, not a big problem. And, right next to an amazing flea market on Sundays. Overall, not bad value for Rome and the area. Towels and bed linen were provided, we had to buy toilet roll the next morning.

The apartment may be excellent, if fix a shower. We highly recommend it for tourists - 10 min. on 8 tram (every 3 min.) to the city center, The place is very quiet.

first the good things for the apartment - very good position - close to tram #8 and some buses and trastevere station. security door and savety. with much more care can be one of the prefer
our recommendation to the owner is to check all stufs - sink in the kitchen, the TV work black-white - now is XXI century, the air condition too - the street is just under the windows and the double-bed is in room without windows, no light ot the terrace, the rooms are not clean well - at all the apartment need renovation.
